The property is located on the first floor and is accessed via a shared entrance to the building. Once inside, the apartment is entirely self-contained, with no shared spaces. All rooms, including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathroom, are for your private use.

I don’t live near the property, but rest assured, I am always available to assist you 24/7 for any queries, requests, or emergencies.
