The check in process was good.
Property was beautiful but there was literally no hot water and even after I complained it was not fixed.
Breakfast which they said was free was a joke.
They didnât even have fresh fruits or juice.
Only black coffee.
No coffee maker in room.
I had to wait till 9 am for my coffee.
For the exorbitant amount I paid i did not get the value for money.
I demand one night refund.
The room seemed dated. On the last night of my stay there was some event happening on the hotel property. There was extremely loud music and singing and it went on until 1am and I could hear it from my room
It was a beautiful place! My room was perfect and the views were amazing. However, I was unaware how loud the area could be. Thereâs a field behind the hotel where a concert of some sort took place one of the nights I was there. Other than all the noise, the place was fantastic
DeberĂan tener un servicio mĂĄs sencillo para acceder al hotel, todas las noches de regreso el portĂłn estuvo cerrado y habĂa que esperar hasta q alguien llegara a abrir. Pero el resto fue genial muy recomendado
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Absolutely amazing 100/10. The food, the ambiance, the esthetic and the SERVICE?? Impeccable. Special shoout to Dayana Mazate. She was the sweetest and most helpful person. I didn't want to leave this hotel! Definitely a hidden gem.
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and the view of the volcano is astounding. I could stay forever in that courtyard; it's so romantic and pretty. I loved my room as well, very comfy bed and the shower was nice. Lots of space to put my stuff. The hotel staff were all nice and accommodating. I enjoyed breakfast on my first day; I didn't eat there for the rest of my trip as my day tours departed very early. My one piece of advice for this hotel is that if you are arriving very early or super late, you need to communicate with the hotel staff beforehand. I thought I had done that, but I arrived around 12am after coming in from a flight to Guatemala City and the gates to the hotel were locked. Thankfully my taxi driver stayed with me, calling the hotel multiple times, and knocking at the door. After about 30 minutes, someone finally answered and I got in. That was a little scary since it was my first time in Guatemala, but I was grateful for the help I received.
