You will find this secluded villa situated in a small cul-.de-sac with amble gardens and furnished to a high standard. You are located 600 meters walk from the local supermarkets, restaurants and local bus stop. 900 meters from the aqua park and marina area, 1km from the local sandy beach 7km from the nearest town of Cuitadella. 30km from the golf course and 40km from the airport.

You have a private pool area which is fully furnished and amble gardens there is parking directly outside the villa. Covered terrace and bbq area, There are 4 bedrooms all with fans and two with en suites a large spacious lounge area with internet access included, safe, television with satellite dvd player and cd player.

The kitchen and ajoining dining area are bright and spacious rooms are provided with all electrical appliances.

An ideal base for a quiet and relaxing stay!

Clean (except some ants in kitchen drawers&#47on kitchen worktops), very spacious, nice pool (including sun loungers and parasols), excellent views from balcony (including sunset), number of bathrooms, storage space, shutters, amount of amenities, quiet area, proximity to Ciutadella. Lack of air conditioning except in master bedroom. Mauter Villas (host) wouldn’t confirm late check out availability (despite being a payable option upon confirmation) until 2 days before check out (presumably in the hope of securing a booking for the day we departed), making it difficult to plan.

La villa offre tutte le comodità che ci si aspetta in una vacanza di relax. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 famiglie e gli ampi spazi favoriscono la convivialità grazie alla griglia, una graziosa veranda e una bella piscina di dimensioni contenute. La casa si trova a due passi dal mare ma occorre la macchina per accedere alle spiagge più belle dell'isola (entro i 40 minuti). Situata in un borghetto con tutte le comodità: supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Villa Bellviure - Beste Unterkunft seit langem!

Die Villa Bellviure ist eine herausragende Ferienunterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei Übernahme war alles tadellos sauber. Es gab keine abgeranzten alten Lebensmittel, oder speckicke Küchengeräte oder -helfer. Die Elektrogeräte sind alle neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das großere Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Meerblick und eigenem Balkon war super. Es fehlt an gar nichts in der Villa. Der Pool ist super, der Garten groß und die überdachte Terrasse auch bei Regenwetter ein schöner Aufenthaltsort. Besonders nett fand ich das Care Paket bei Ankunft, das alles enthielt was man insbesondere bei einer späten Anreise benötigt. Der Service/Kontakt war vor und während des Urlaubs top und super freundlich. Ich kann nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und bewerten. Die Polster für die Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse sollten dringend entweder gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden.

Superbe séjour entre amis dans cette belle villa

La villa était très agréable et très bien équipée. Extérieur bien entretenu, piscine très propre. Belle situation proche du bord de mer avec petites supérettes aux alentours. Petit cadeau de bienvenue avec des produits typiques. L'agence est très disponible et réactive. Difficile de ne pas apprécier cet endroit.

Der Pool war super und die Lage des Hauses auch.Man konnte gut einkaufen.Der Grill war auch super.Wir haben zweimal gegrillt. Als erstes muss der Schimmel raus.Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet.

Der Pool, das Ambiente, der Meerblick Die unteren Zimmer waren teilweise muffig. Ein Bett musste repariert werden. Gardinen mussten wegen Geruch abgenommen werden. Die Haushaltsausstattung war teilweise mangelhaft (z.B. fehlende Messer, viel zu kleine Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Schneidbrettchen)

Vielen Dank an Mauter Villas. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen. Sollten wir wieder nach Menorca fliegen, werden wir gerne wieder Mauter Villas buchen.

Bellviure villa, Cap d’Artruix

- The size of the accommodation is great - The swimming pool is nice. - The beds are comfortable although the pillows are not! - the view from the balcony in the main bedroom is fantastic! - Mauter Villas were very responsive to the issues we made them aware of. Maui was great! - great master bedroom and en suite We had to ask for mugs, decent size glasses and a toaster to be provided as they were not in the villa on arrival. For what is supposed to be a premium villa, the items in the kitchen (plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc) were very basic albeit functional The adverts do not state that the pool is salt water nor that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, a different level to the main bedroom. The garden needs a lot of work and is unusable by people renting the villa. The area around the pool ought to be jet-washed before each rental. It wasn’t clean. The standard of cleaning was not very high. Although I saw that the floors were mopped it was obvious that dirty water was pushed around the floors as we found they were very dirty even after ‘cleaning’
