You are located 600 meters walk from the local supermarkets, restaurants and local bus stop. 900 meters from the aqua park and marina area, 1km from the local sandy beach 7km from the nearest town of Cuitadella. 30km from the golf course and 40km from the airport.
You have a private pool area which is fully furnished and amble gardens there is parking directly outside the villa. Covered terrace and bbq area, There are 4 bedrooms all with fans and two with en suites a large spacious lounge area with internet access included, safe, television with satellite dvd player and cd player.
The kitchen and ajoining dining area are bright and spacious rooms are provided with all electrical appliances.
