IMPORTANT: Contact indicating dates before making the reservation. Beautiful duplex penthouse with large terraces on both floors, spectacular pool surrounded by trees, overlooking the sea and is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. Very close to the beautiful town of Ciutadella in Menorca (5 minutes by car). The house is completely renovated in April 2018. It is also very well connected to Ciutadella and other towns with regular bus lines.
It has air conditioning in all rooms.
Its capacity is for 5 people distributed in two floors.
The ground floor has a living / dining room and kitchen in the same space with access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful trees of the farm in front of the apartment. On this terrace there are armchairs, lounger, table to eat, awning. The kitchen has all the comforts and utensils. The sofas are beds, so on this floor two people can sleep. The apartment has a wide infrastructure: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.
It has a bathroom with an independent area of W. C. Shower with glass wall.
On the upper floor there is a large space that is a bedroom with two beds and a single bed.
The best is the huge terrace with a lot of charm that has a large table for 8 people, sunbeds, a large barbecue, awning and natural plants. All these elements together with the trees that surround the farm and its sea views make this terrace a lovely place to live at any time of the year.
The house has a swimming pool, which is spectacular due to its location and infrastructure. It has jacuzzi, wooden platform, sun loungers. It has a small pool area for children and the rest is a huge pool surrounded by beautiful trees.
The apartment is very well located in Santandría Beach (Son Carrió Urbanization) 5 minutes by car from Ciutadella. You can walk to the beach because it is next door and it will take less than 5 minutes.
It is a great apartment to enjoy Menorca, located in a quiet area, next to the sea and very close to the beautiful city of Ciutadella.

Belle découverte
Logement parfaitement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Très bien équipé, très agréable et fonctionnel.
Attention il s'agit d'un duplex sans chambres fermées.
