This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is ideal for families or friends, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. Inside, the villa is bathed in natural light, with vibrant splashes of colour adding a cheerful touch to every room. The open-plan living areas create a welcoming atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. Air conditioning throughout ensures your comfort during warmer days. Step outside to discover your private oasis – a large pool great for cooling off or relaxing in the sun. Complimentary pool towels are provided for your convenience. The brick-built BBQ area is great for evening gatherings, where you can enjoy al fresco dining with family and friends. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 94cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 125cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 115cm wide and the grounds are flat/even and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the 4th bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground door is also 80cm wide which is the ensuite to the 4th bedroom. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 115cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
