Main bedroom with built in double wardrobe and a double bed. Two extra bedrooms with two single beds in each room. One with a single built in wardrobe and the other with a medium size wardrobe.

Shower room with toilet and basin plus cloak room.

Fully fitted kitchen diner with under counter Fridge- freezer, Microwave, kettle, toaster, full size Cooker with oven and grill, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Dining table and a spacious lounge with electric fire, luxury modern high quality fixtures, Flat screen TV with Free view.

Domestic style central heating, Double-glazing, radiators in each room, insulated and a modern electric fire in the living room.

Water, Gas (gas not available for longer than two weeks stays), Car park (car park not available for big commercial vans), Rates, and Electric included.

Park passes are not included.
No bedding or lining charges and beds are freshly made and ready for your arrival.
Big towels are not included, please bring your own.

Guest access*
We will contact guests to answer any questions and discuss check in details one week before arrival. After this we will leave you to enjoy your stay with contact details for any inquiries. Always happy to help.

Other things to note*
WIFI is available at an extra cost from wifinity. as soon as guest arrives the wifinity network appears, but guest needs to sign in and pay extra for this facility following the instructions on the wifinity in park wifi.

Please don't leave children unattended in the caravan, ensure their fingers are not on the door and windows and set water temperature for your children as water can be very hot.

PETS:
*One small house trained dog only, declared on booking. Not available for pets listed in the dangerous pets act. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms and strictly not on the beds.

Beds are freshly made and ready for arrival. Toilet rolls, hand wash, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided for arrival only so guest can settle straight away.

Bedding is not available for longer stay bookings. Although beds are freshly made for arrival.
Please note that park passes are not included, but guests can purchase them from reception.

Your booking is made for the purpose of a holiday only and and not as permanent residency.

The park facilities including swimming pool are closed between November and March each year.
Your booking will be for the caravan only, we acknowledge no responsibility for any of the services provided by the caravan park.
