I booked this location for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The location is amazing, beautiful town and friendly people. Words cannot describe the sheer disappointment this place is. The state of the home and property is unsafe as there is broken glass, rusty nails, garbage on property, holes in deck, rest of deck is rotting and potentially hazardous, broken fire pit ( that we were told was unusable after contacting property manager) no barbecue or outdoor cooking area, no outdoor seating, open broken live wire electrical outlets, the there was the bug infestation, hornet hives, wasp nests, red ants all over property, clouds of gnats inside and outside lining the walls, the filth inside was on another level, food left inside fridge, dust, dirt and bugs in every corner as well as the beds, carpets were smelly and stained, the water is well water but unfortunately it needs some filtration or something because it has an extremely foul odour. The entire property has broken elements and damage. Absolutely no lake access from property as well which from the pictures posted you would never know. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND renting this place for any reason. I really hope property manager takes this into account and does something about the mess.

Disgusting House with Mold and Bugs

Awful experience with this property. We check in to find the kitchen/family room ceiling littered with hundreds of gnat flies. Pot lights are covered with cob webs, broken wall fixtures, cracked mirrored walls in the hall and a bedroom. Upstairs consists of the landing and bedroom ceiling littered with gnat flies that end up in your bed by the morning. Water stains in the ceiling with surrounding black mold. Window sills covered with spores and more mold. The carpet upstairs is filthy with multiple stains. We expressed our concerns with the host regarding bugs and mold and they said they would get a maintenance team to look into it. They were very concerned to hear about the mold, but did nothing to fix it. We never heard back and followed up, they said they would send a team after our stay hoping this would help our stay. It does nothing for us if this is resolved once we left. The host blamed us that we left windows and doors open which resulted in the bugs coming into the house. We explained we never left anything open and walked into this disaster.The last day we woke up with little mites and more gnats in our bed sheets upstairs. This house is old, not maintained, littered with insects and black mold. The host was useless in resolving any of our concerns throughout our way and blamed us for the bug infestation
 yet they keep a can of bug spray in the kitchen cabinet.STAY AWAY.

Disappointment

Location is great but not at all maintained property!Jacuzzi was not working, one of the washroom had no water flow for a day! Poor wifi and expect delay or no response from the host. Not recommended for sure!
