Room was dirty! Suspicious, stains, on dresser, comforter and tv screen. And a large bug in bathroom! And walls were very thin.. neighbor kept us up all night.

The staff were all very friendly, hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, and it was half the cost of other nearby hotels. My only real negative issue is I arrived at night and it’s a bit difficult to navigate up to the hotel in the dark.

The staff are very nice. The roons are ok but the beds are awful. The bathrooms are the shining star. Nice big showers with great doors on them. We went to the pool that was supposed to be heated and wasn't. The first room we were in the doir wouldn't lock so they moved us and the bed was awful with this kind of lip all the way around the bed that made it hard to get out of. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was old and the biscuits and gravy my husband said was not good. Again the staff was great and very nice.

All of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend to others, and would stay here again if we travel back to the area. Special shout out to Jason who checked us in, and the woman who helped with breakfast in the morning (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!)

Beds too close to wall. Chair sinks 12 “ when you set in it. Toilet paper holder not easy to reach. No grab bar on tub. No soap holder in tub. Web says $20 per pet, per stay. Charges $20 per DAY for $60 additional total.

Standard but clean and affordable

Standard accommodation at a decent price. The pool, though unheated is indoors in a warm room so it is tolerable for swimming. It opens at 6 am, which is good for me.

Thank you for a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a breakfast buffet was an added benefit. Would definitely stay again if I pass through Clarion.
