-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.

This property was amazing! It was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, creek access and could walk to the marina for the lake access. Was perfect place to gather with our grown children as there are 3 bedrooms and each had its own full bath. We loved it and will be back!
