In the heart of Cle Elum, Washington State is located this amazing 5-bedroom vacation house in the exclusive and forested Suncadia Resort. Nestled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, this property offers a serene and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a 90 minute drive from Seattle, conveniently located off of Interstate 90 is this special cozy hideaway for unforgettable gatherings.

As you step inside this two story home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with accents relating to the rich mining history of the area, a cozy fireplace and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a spacious island, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary countertop appliances, allows you to whip up delicious meals and enjoy them at the spacious dining table that seats 10. Our well equipped kitchen is a favorite, please read our reviews!

We're proud to have earned the status of VRBO Premier Host for the last 8 years with our first Suncadia home, listing #1001217. Suncadia Resort Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am daily for residents and guests. Your outdoor party must be relocated inside our home no later than 10pm.

Unwind in our soothing hot tub, or challenge your friends & family to a game of foosball or ping pong in the game room. Explore the nearby Cle Elum Lake, Lake Kachess, and the picturesque Yakima River Valley, all just a short drive away, for water play. Back at the mountain retreat, enjoy the outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, or relax on the porch while taking in the stunning natural surroundings. Due to Resort restrictions, our home does NOT allow our guests access to the Suncadia Pool or Fitness Center.

We provide 10 sets of Snow Shoes and assorted snow sleds, 8 adult mountain Bikes, 2 youth mountain bikes and 2 small kiddie bikes with training wheels. No additional fees for any of our sports equipment.

This house has everything you’ll need for an amazing stay! Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Plenty of space inside and out to all be together. The beds are all very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Montero’s lovely home. The home is very spacious and clean. They have thought of little details and made it very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed using the amazing bikes to ride around. There are lots of fun “toys” to use in the garage. The only downside was having to be inside the house by 10 pm each night. I’m pretty sure this is a Suncadia rule but I felt stressed to make sure my family was out of the hot tub by 10 even though they were quietly visiting. I’m sure this rule is in place for all the partiers who abuse it but it’s a shame we all have to abide by it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back someday!

Family celebration

This home was perfect for our family! There were 11 of us - six adults and five children ranging from 4-15. This property had something for everyone from games and puzzles to bikes of all sizes, a garage full of games such as ping-pong and foosball
hot tub, firepit and wonderful conversation areas for everyone to enjoy! The house was very clean and well furnished with everything one would need for cooking and/or relaxing! Perfect spot for our family to re-unite and enjoy each other!

Beautiful, well-appointed home.

We stayed in Suncadia to celebrate my parents milestone anniversary. We were very impressed with the generous supply of quality cooking utinsels, coordinating platters and other serving dishes, and other miscellaneous food related needs. The upstairs got a little warm, but the little fans provided in the bedrooms were very helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic location for a family weekend! Can’t say enough about all the amenities, game room and bikes. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals. Great place to stay for our first time renting in Suncadia. Had everything we needed and lots of extra fun stuff (sleds, games, etc.). Only thing missing was a video game system for the kids. Would stay again for sure.

Great house for family

We had a great time with the house. We made all our food and the kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The hot tub was awesome. We brought games, but spent a lot of time in the rec room too. We rented the house to get away and spend time together just hanging out, and this was a great place to do it.

Excellent property

One of the best appointed homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you need, the home was super clean and there was a ton of room for everyone. The fire pit is top tier and the hot tub was clean and at temp when we arrived. And for those planning to grill, the natural gas grill was one of the cleaner grills I've ever laid eyes on at a vacation rental. Would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing Start to 2025

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The house had plenty of space and we had a great time playing games inside & in the garage, watching football and sledding in the neighborhood. Snowed in for Christmas

We had a family of 12 adults staying at the home and some additional family with a newborn and two littles that came for the daily activities and meals. It is a lovely home and all of the extra touches were so wonderful. It was very comfortable and had something for everyone. Enjoyed our Family Christmas

A wonderful house. Very clean, well equipped and very organized. We thoroughly loved our time in Suncadia and were very pleased with John and Laurie Montero’s house. We loved that there was a Christmas tree and decorations all over the house. Made our stay magical, with all the snow included.

We thought much thought and care had gone into making this an enjoyable stay. The home was well stocked. Information was readily available for care of the home. It was very clean. Beautiful property perfect for a family mountain vacation.

Absolutely beautiful property that was incredibly well equipped and very clean. The house is also well stocked for family vacations (with bikes, snowshoes, and games.) Our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay. I have lately been a bit miffed at VRBO/ABnB's having high cleaning fees AND also requiring detailed cleaning requirements on checkout, but this stay was neutral in that regard. Overall a very positive experience and great communication from the hosts.
