The space
Soft winter light filters through frost-tipped evergreens as you make your way up the long, quiet approach, where crisp air and still mornings set the tone for a peaceful retreat. Evenings lean toward slow conversations by the fire pit and unhurried soaks in the hot tub beneath clear, cold-season skies. Inside, warm lighting and generous gathering spaces create a cozy hideaway after exploring the snowy surroundings of Cle Elum.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms are spread across the main and second floors, offering space for up to 19 guests with 12 beds. Three bedrooms sit on the main level and three above, each supported by thoughtful touches like bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and multiple clothing storage options, including a walk-in closet. With 3.5 baths across both floors, getting ready is convenient for larger groups.

Indoor living
The game room invites you to settle in on winter days with an 85-inch movie theater setup, pool table, and space to gather. A dedicated children’s playroom provides toys, books, and games for ages ranging from toddlers to early readers. Additional indoor entertainment includes board games, books, TV, a Blue Sound Bluetooth sound system, and an indoor fireplace with gas heating. Free 1 Gb Wifi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair support work or connection when needed. A private gym in the building features free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and more.

Outdoor living
Winter moments outdoors are shaped by the fire pit, the private hot tub available all year, and the fully fenced backyard. Private patio spaces and outdoor furniture offer fresh-air breaks even in cold weather. Nearby shared beach access and lake access remain available for year-round exploration, and sports equipment like corn hole, spike ball, and snowshoes help keep your group active.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel single oven, and dishwasher. A dining table for 10 brings everyone together for shared meals or games, and a private BBQ grill with gas supports year-round cooking.

Amenities and conveniences
The home includes a free washer and dryer, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fan, portable fans, and essential safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are positioned around the perimeter, including the hot tub and fire pit areas, along with one monitoring the furnace and water tank. Free parking accommodates up to 20 vehicles, and an EV charger with level 2 capability adds ease for electric vehicles. Guests with Autism Spectrum Disorder will find a dedicated care box with sensory items, toys, and a weighted stuffy and blanket.

This vacation rental is near Suncadia Resort, Rentals, Cle Elum Lake, Yakima River fishing, OHV, snowmobile, hiking, & mountain biking trails, and the Teanaway community forest.
Getting around
The cabin is 2.5 miles due east of Cle Elum on quiet Airport Road.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel and treat the space with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Fire Pit: Check with Kittitas County if there are any fire bans before using.
