"Maple Leaf Retreat" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course clubhouse and the Stovehouse Restaurant. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury 3 level home features 5 BR, a large bonus room, 4.5 BA, Hot Tub, AC, and free high-speed Internet.

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, and a laundry room. A large dining table that seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace while watching your favorite blu-ray movie or TV show. Walk out the sliding doors and relax on the elevated deck while taking in the golf course views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. There is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo outside of the upper floor guest bedrooms.
* Lower floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. This room is supported by a guest bath with a walk-in shower off the hallway.
* The lower level has a large entertainment/media room with a large sectional that has a hide-a-bed that pulls out into a queen bed.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

The garage game room is a fun spot to hang out, watch TV, and play Ping Pong!

The home is off a shared driveway that is fairly steep. Please be prepared with studded tires or chains in the winter months. Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.**

Perfect for family brunch

My favorite aspect of this house was the outdoor areas. Lots of different seating options, great fire pit. Nice view of a hole on the golf course. The upper deck was perfect for a cup of coffee and watching the local deer roaming around the golf course.

Loved our stay!

First time to Suncadia, and will be back! The Maple Leaf Retreat was a lovely space to spend our weekend. The porch and patio were fantastic, the layout of the house was great for a large group, the kitchen set up well. Hoping to return again next year!

March Madness 2024 (Basketball Weekend)

High school friends for over 20+ years and for the last 10 years, we are able to get together once a year for a reunion. We all love basketball so we make our weekends planned around March Madness and be able to watch basketball all weekend. The house we rented at Suncadia was perfect for our occasion and had plenty of space and they activities within Suncadia and in Roslyn were perfect. We loved everything about our property, The Wi-Fi cut out may be only two or three times over the weekend, but other than that nothing really to complain about and it was a very enjoyable and memorable weekend. 10 out 10!

Spacious Suncadia home

The house is located not far from the Lodge at Suncadia, just off the bike trail. We had plenty of privacy for us and our two daughter's families. Loved the gas fire pit and hot tub, outdoor patio, bikes, corn hole, indoor games. We even had a ping pong tournament that our son in law set up. It was so nice that each adult couple could have a king bedroom. The grandkids loved all the space to roam. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, it had more than enough equipment and supplies. We are so thankful to stay at Maple Leaf Retreat. Would definitely do it again.

Great house for a large family gathering

We had an amazing stay. The property was amazing, well maintained, clean and stocked well in all areas of the house. We cooked a lot as we had some food restrictions and the kitchen was well stocked and equipped. bedrooms were good. we enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub. Thank you!

Family vacation

We came to celebrate a 40th birthday! Had family and one friend couple stay with us. The kids loved the bunk beds, toys and hot tub. We also enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and roasting s’mores outside: The property is conveniently located to all golf courses, pools; parks, and biking trails. Father's Day Weekend Reunion

My husband and I invited our kids and grandkids to spend Father's Day weekend at the Maple Leaf Retreat at Suncadia. The house was wonderful and met all of our needs. It was wonderfully clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dining room. The kitchen had more equipment for our use than any of us had every had with other rentals. The 10-person table fit us all for meals. The large table worked great for double cards games into the night. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds and the large bathrooms. The hot tub was well used by most of us. The weather was perfect so we also made use of the outdoor furniture and spaces. We also made use of the ping pong table and some bicycles. All of us enjoyed our weekend together and would definitely recommend this vacation rental. We would come here again and again.

Perfect for multi family retreat.

A wonderful property with high quality finishings. This was perfect for multiple families with the many bathrooms and different levels to allow everyone their own space. So many toys a d activities for the kids. The views were beautiful as well. Would rent again!
