"The Dew Drop Inn" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, on the 18th Hole of the award winning Prospector Golf Course. The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with views of the 18th fairway and a private Hot Tub! Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that you can walk, hike or bike on through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 5 bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 4 full bathrooms. Twelve guests can sleep comfortably in beds.

This well designed, 2,700 sq. ft. home features a comfortable open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a large leather sectional, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 70’ TV with Cable.

Just off the great room is a private cobblestone patio with fabulous golf course views, a built-in gas grill, a gas fire pit, and comfy outdoor furniture. The covered patio is a great place to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances and a large granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a large TV and a private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor bedroom is a queen guest bedroom that is closed off by a sliding barn door. Down the hall is a full bath with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen guest bedroom that is supported by an adjacent guest bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath that features a shower/tub combo.
* Just off the upper floor bonus room behind a sliding barn door is a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin/twin bunk beds. The bonus room has a large sectional couch and a 65" TV w/Cable and Blu-Ray.

The central location of the Lodge in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

(Dew Drop owners have their own dogs that visit the cabin infrequently. The cabin is not pet friendly to renters. Please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.)

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway and Suncadia does not allow any street parking.

Loved the location! This was a beautiful home and was exactly as advertised. We had deer right in our backyard foraging! The only thing we weren't aware of was that we could not use any of the Suncadia amenities.

As advertised. Clean, nicely furnished, everything worked.Great communication, easy schmeezy. Great place for hiking, walking and biking. Cle Elum and Roslyn have anything you need or forgot. We will return.

All Seasons is the best

All Seasons called to inform us on our way to the property that the kitchen sink was frozen and that they were trying to thaw it. The sink did not thaw by the next morning - so the moved us to a larger, newer property at no extra charge and refunded part of our rental costs. They are great!

Amazing house for a large group - lots of cleaning requirements

There’s no doubt this is a beautiful, well equipped house. Beautiful entertaining space and comfortable beds. And very clean. Some issues though. First off, hot tub is small. Snug for 6 people. Which is odd for a house that sleeps so many. Secondly, heat was very hard to regulate for upstairs bedrooms. A comfortable temp downstairs was boiling upstairs. Seems there is one thermostat for the house. Thirdly, the requirements to clean on exit were extensive. For a house at this price point, it is wild to have guests take trash out, strip beds, collect towels, start laundry, start dishwasher. Especially when you walk into the house to a tip envelope from the cleaning person AND are paying a cleaning fee. We loved our experience, but this standard for having guests do so much cleaning needs to change in the short term rental industry.

Beautiful home!

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The house was gorgeous and accommodated everyone well. Property manager answered any questions promptly and was very accommodating. We only noticed a couple things that could be updated/replaced. The window seals were almost all busted which made it quite drafty during our stay. The master bedroom ecspecially got cold with the seals all hanging off. We swept the kitchen a time or two during our stay and never could find a dust pan, the master bathroom toilet would sometimes continue to run. Overall, none of these items were deal breakers but things you would expect to be fixed or replaced with the price you pay. We would definitely return! We really enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table in the garage!

50th celebration

We were very happy with the house and enjoyed our time hiking, swimming, hot tubing and playing ping pong. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids. The only criticism I have is the tiny bar of soap they have in each bathroom. Way too small.

Sleepless in Suncadia - Part 2

Pros: The property is a very clean and nicely appointed home in a really nice location within Suncadia. We appreciate the extra amenities i.e., hot tub, grill, fire pit, shuffleboard, ping pong, bikes, etc. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics with an extra selection of cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Plenty of clean linens and bathroom amenities. The music channel was on when we arrived. Nice Touch! Cons: We confirm a previous review from 2/22 about the REALLY excessive noise from squeaky floors, plumbing, and general movements. Particularly in the 2nd Floor Suite over the 1st Floor Master Suite. We stress this went beyond normal house settling, but felt more like a structural defect than inadequate insulation. Made sleeping in the 1st Floor Master extremely difficult. We appreciated the check-in book, however it would be enhanced by additional information on operating instructions for the Washer-Dryer, Dishwasher, and TVs. Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience but beware booking this property until the excessive house noise is addressed.

Excellent Getaway

Absolutely loved our time here. The outdoors folks had easy access to a plethora of trails, the less adventurous among us had an excellent time at the winery, restaurants and shopping in Roslyn. All around great time for everyone. 10/10 would stay here again.
