Spacious home with a short walk to downtown Clear Lake and the Surf Ballroom. Fully furnished with everything that you need to make yourself at home. Comfortably sleeps nine people, with two queen beds, a full, a twin upstairs, and a hideaway bed and futon on the main level. Full bathroom with large walk-in shower on the upstairs level and a half-bath located on the main level. Off-street boat parking available beside the garage.

Great place for a family of 10 that included grandparents, parents and grandkids. Since 2 are teens and one 11, they were able to sleep in the living room while the rest of us had beds upstairs. We were a bit worried about one shower, but we made it work! We walked down to the lake both nights. Large living room for family movie night. Perfect amount of seats for adults at the dining room and kiddos in the game area to eat and still be together. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. The kitchen was huge, has more items than I have at home-made it very easy to cook our own meals. Spent one afternoon at the lake. Was good to come back to the very comfy house to relax. Would stay here again!

Quiet and spacious

A nice place for us to stop on our way through town and for our first time in Clear Lake. Some lamps would be a nice addition, especially in the bedrooms. There are some tricky stairs that less sure-footed guests should be aware of.

Close to The Surf and a fun dart board!

We had an excellent time! We enjoyed the dart board for several hours. Very short walk to The Surf! We would stay here again!

Great location

We were in town with friends for the kite festival. The location was great. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Surf District. Lots of room for our group. We really enjoyed the electronic dart board. The owner was great. We accidentally locked ourselves out. He was very responsive and made sure we were able to get back in after dinner. Our group would definitely choose to stay here again.

One night stay

We used the house because it was walking distance to the Surf Ballroom. This worked out well as it is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks. The house was clean and well kept. The coffee maker worked well, which was about all we used.

Fun Family Time at Clear Lake!

This was a great house to stay at with our children and their families - very clean and comfortable. Trevor was a great host and answered our questions promptly. The livingroom accomodated our large group without anyone feeling crowded. We also used the extra dining space in the room with the dartboard. The grandchildren enjoyed playing darts and the yard was nice for playing yard games we brought. We had plenty of space to park - we had family coming and going as their schedules allowed. The room upstairs with the single bed had plenty of room for the queen inflatable mattress we brought along to free up the livingroom space for those wanting to stay up later. It would have been nice to have access to the garage for overnight storage of stroller and bikes, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Great location - we enjoyed walking/biking to City Beach. We would definitely stay here again. Nancy

Clean roomy great location

Stayed close to the surf ballroom for a concert and my daughter's 21st birthday party on NYE. We had a blast enjoying this space.

Amazing 4th of July Weekend

My family and I stayed in Clear Lake for a family reunion this 4th of July and had an amazing time at this house. Everything came as advertised, the host was very quick to respond to any questions, and when we had a minor issue of a blown fuse, the host was over in minutes and fixed the issue. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet space close to downtown and the lake, but does not need to be right on the lake. For an older house, it was well maintained, very spacious, and a perfect getaway from the festivities of downtown.
