The place is so unique and amazing. The views are stunning, the room is very comfortable. The staff are delightful. A few small things though-- the room really should have been cleaner. We had no shampoo upon arrival, and there was hair along the baseboards of the floor (in the bedroom area by the curtains). Also, there was no shower mat, so we had to use one of the towel-- which left us short a hand towel. A floor mat would be a good idea too. We made s'mores and the ground was muddy outside, which I didn't realize in the dark... and I tracked mud in-- it would have been good to have a place to wipe the shoes off inside. Lastly, the wifi/cell reception is abyssmal. I am all for being out in nature and disconnecting. But, we had no way to contact the front desk as the rooms don't have phones. The neighboring dome did not turn their lights out at 10pm, as instructed, and I tried to text the concierge line to ask that they contact them (as their light truly was disrupting our ability to see the stars), and it did not go through-- and we were at the second to last dome- so walking back in pajamas was not an option. Aside from that even- not having access to a phone seems unsafe. I nearly caught my hat on fire at our fire pit because of a wind gust-- if we needed something urgently, there was no way to reach anyone.

Staff ignored us when we got there than directly lied about check ins beacuse the receptionist, a girl named heather didnt want to do her job and made us wait till another receptionist covered her. The resturant inside the compound was all frozen food at 700% mark up and poorly cooked every table around us was getting food sent back. Ontop as the cocktails being either 100% mixer or 100% alchol with no ryhme or reason. Than the room its self was fine but the curtain kept opening by its self and despite several complaints and people walking by they did nothing to help or assistance which culmanted with us wakeing up completely exposed on our last day. Further more we scheduled activites when we originally booked that where canceled a week before such as horseback riding and stargazing. By far i have never stayed at any place that just doesnt care when your in the door about quaility or been ignored by staff intentionally with geniune concerns.

Strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower booth was excellent. plenty of hot water and a very thoughtful design throughout the space. But the real highlight was watching the stars while lying in bed. It was absolutely magical and unforgettable.That moment alone made the entire stay worth every penny
