Needs some maintenance. Stayed at your hotel 1.looked cleanest 2. Had indoor hot tub/ heated pool due to recent knee surgery for the therapeutic valve. The hot tub did not work but water was warm but pool was not. 3. Bar in 2nd elevator came off in hand as I held for balance going up and down. 4 remote control for TV very difficult to navigate. Staff very apologetic but could not fix problems. Would have bern pleasant stay without these problems. We were there 3 nights for a funeral.

Shawna was so willing to help with anything upu could need! She was so cheery lovely and definitely wanted her guests to have the best experience! And me and my little family absolutely did! Breakfast was great room was nice and very clean! Snack options were great coffee was pretty good! Over all an excellent experience! All of the staff was wonderful and Shawna really stood out!

Great room. Very clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the pillows are terrible. All of them were feather pillows. Even using 2 pillows together, they were still flat. I tried everything to get comfortable but couldn’t. Great place to stay but bring your own pillow.
