Relax with the whole family (even fur babies) at this centrally located Clemson home. Home features a spacious fenced in backyard for kids or pets. Perfect for game day headquarters, visiting your college-bound or current Tiger or just on vacation. This home is 1 mile from Clemson University campus and convenient (2mi or less) to downtown, Death Valley, and all other sport venues. All are walkable (I have done it many times). Publix is a half mile away and Moe Joes Coffee is a easy walk.

The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was well equipped and had a beautiful backyard for our dogs to enjoy went we were not busy. We liked the carport when it was raining. If we have the choice, we would reserve this house for future trips to the area.

We had a great stay at Andy's house for a Clemson football weekend! He's a great host and would definitely stay here again. The house is in a lovely and VERY quiet neighborhood, and adjacent to the delicious Pot Belly Deli!

Easy and smooth

The place was fantastic. The property was clean, plenty of space for all 8 of us and tons of yard space as well. It was close to Clemson and the lake and quick access to grocery stores. The owner made it as easy as I’ve ever had. Great experience.

Reunion Weekend

Four College friends getting together and enjoy Clemson. Great location long walk to the stadium by very doable on a Game Day weekend. Communications with owner was very good, check in and check out was SUPER convenient.

Nice, clean house in Clemson

Wonderful stay! This is a great little house with plenty of room and easy access to the main street that goes to Clemson University and the downtown area. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and nice streets for walking. Everything was in working order and Andy was very responsive, with easy communication. Nice, big backyard, completely fenced in that was great for our dog. Easy check in and out.

An Amazing Location.

My first time in the Clemson area. Had a blast! The house was a perfect location and the neighborhood was quiet. Home was very cozy! Carolina vs Clemson was a blast and my family and I thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The host was very nice and communication was great!

Family visit for ring ceremony

Perfect place for our family including our small Bernedoodle. The house is clean and has everything you need. The backyard is awesome and plenty of room for the dog to play ball! The neighborhood is also quiet. We were only 3 miles from our daughter so very convenient. Will definitely be back!

Clemson Family Weekend

In town for Clemson family weekend and this was the perfect location. Property was clean, bathrooms were updated and the cost for the location was in line with local hotels but we had a whole house :-) Would definitely recommend!
