We had a great weekend. The house was in a great location and accommodating to each in our party. We really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The only recommendation would be outdoor seating.

Graduation stay

Property was spacious, clean, great location. Hosts were accessible and let us stay an extra night. All instructions were easy to follow for check in and out. Only issue was poor wifi and poor tv reception esp for clemson playoff football game.

Home Close to Clemson Campus

This was a nice home to have a group of 7-10 people. We enjoyed the first floor game room, TV and bar area. The home was clean and an easy walk to Clemson Campus.

Perfect in a fun house

We loved everything about this house. It was very roomy, has a pool table and games so the kids were entertained, and check in/check out was super easy. Check out was not as “involved” as lots of other vrbo’s that I have been to (aka cleaning the entire house even though you pay for a cleaner when booking). I loved the sunporch nook for quiet reading or just chilling out. The location was great, close to everything in Clemson and not far from surrounding areas.

Perfect spot for family gathering

We LOVED this location. The house was set up perfectly. We traveled with my parents, and my 16 y/o and 18 y/o to visit our son who attends Clemson. Walking distance to campus. We used the game room downstairs and played pool. It was a perfect fit for us. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay in Clemson, SC

I cannot say enough good things about this rental! It was equipped with all you need for a great stay. The game room was amazing and we had a great time watching the NCAA tourney there at night. We were in town to visit our son and I would highly recommend this property as it is close to anything you need in the Clemson area. Quiet and peaceful, yet right near it all! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous long weekend visiting our son at Clemson. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The property manager was great, very responsive! The added bonus was the amazing game room! I look forward to staying there again sometime!

Property in poor condition

The location was pretty good and the process was efficient. However, this place was in very poor condition. I have pics of everything - water stains on ceiling, torn and stained carpet, broken and unsafe stairs, the poker table with one broken chair, a gutted electrical fire place with no heating element and wires coming out, a desk with no knobs so you can't open drawers and a mismatched pile of poor quality cookware, to name a few of the problems. The manager was responsive until we complained and then went radio silent. All at a pretty steep price. Would never stay here again, and may never trust VRBO again.
