Exclusive Townhouse with Luxury Upgrades and private Pool and amazing Views

An exclusive 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhouse, in Clermont , St. James, close to entertainment, shopping, beaches 10 mins away, banking and businesses. All bedrooms are en-suite, with Spa Bathrooms. There is a living Room, dining room and family room for your enjoyment Also outdoor dining and living areas, beautiful pool area with sun loungers and BBQ area with outdoor grill, fridge, and Sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a double oven, smart wifi, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The open kitchen concept allows for entertaining while being able to converse with your guests and family. Each bedroom alone with the living area is equipped air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, there is also fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer along with laundry tub

All bedrooms and living area have smart Tvs along with cable and Internet Services. Master ensuite and second level family area have beautiful patios, that you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails, with the master room patio having an expansive view of the country sides rolling hills. All bedrooms have ample storage space, walk-in closets are in both master bedrooms along with a large closet in the 3rd Bedroom. 2 Bedrooms have queen size beds, and 1 bedroom has king size bed. For convenience, there is both a master bedroom on the First and Second Floor. We bring the outdoors in doors with large french doors on the ground floor patio off the living and dining area, where when the french doors are open you can have that indoor/outdoor living.
With this rentals, there is an option to have a rental car included in your stay for an additional cost, however public transportation is available. Included in this wonderful rental there is housekeeping services provided once you book 7 or more nights and will be done once during your weeks stay, if booking for 14 or more days it will be done once weekly. Additional Services can be provided for an additional cost to be determined at time of booking.

In an effort to make your stay as 'green' as possible, we ask that you please respect our efforts to keep electricity usage at a minimum by ensuring you turn off all air conditioning units, ceiling fans and lights when you are out of the house. Any mis-use of this may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

The townhouse was in a great location with grocery stores and restaurants close. The owner, Desmine was great, very responsive to all our needs. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome! We rented a car but were not far from the main road with bus stops. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very clean.

Best family holiday

Very clean and well-apportioned villa In a great part of Barbados. Pool was loads of fun with our kids! Owner is super nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations

Beautiful modern home with all the amenities for our group of 5. We really liked the pool and outdoor spaces. Desmine was very attentive to our needs and was so welcoming. Jacqui , the property manager, provided some great suggestions for beaches and updated us on changes at the house. We found the central location handy for island touring plus the grocery store and some restaurants were only 5 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Awesome hosts and beautiful property

What a fantastic time we had staying at this property! It was a perfect fit for three couples to enjoy our vacation on beautiful Barbados. Clean and well equipped, we especially enjoyed the pool and back patio that we put into good use. When we had an issue with the air conditioner it was fixed right away. The owners also arranged our airport pick-up with Kevin, who also became a friend. We hired him for some other outings, he knows the island, is always on time and has a great sense of humour! If you need a ride in Barbados give Kevin a call To say our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay is an understatement! We made wonderful connections with everyone we met that will last forever. If you’re planning a trip to Barbados we highly recommend this property! We’ll be renting there again!

I had an absolute wonderful experience staying at Clermont Terrace, South. The townhouse is accurately described on VRBO. I stayed in the master bedroom and did not want to leave. Having the pool at our disposal was also a plus. If you stay two weeks or longer housekeeping services are offered. The owners are very friendly and so accommodating. They responded professionally and quickly to anything we needed. I would 100% recommend this property. I also would recommend you make arrangements with the owners to rent a car. It will make getting around easier. Again, this is a great property and you will not be disappointed staying there.

Perfect Getaway

Through my extensive search for the perfect location to bring some friends together to celebrate my partner's birthday, I stumbled across this townhouse. Most of the properties that I found were either unavailable or did not meet specific requirements that I had, but this gem stood out to me. The host was very responsive and maintained communication throughout the booking process. When we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager who went over some general rules and gave us a brief tour of the property. Everyone (including myself) was amazed by the townhouse. If you're looking for a property with adequate space and a beautiful interior, you've found the right place. I really appreciated the fact that each bedroom had their own bathrooms and adequate closet space. During my entire stay I kept on saying that I wished I had booked for a full week since the atmosphere was so cozy and relaxing. The location was also ideal as we were a few minutes away from various food spots. This will definitely be joining the list of my favourite places on the island!
