Just mediocre. Dated facility. Soft beds. Pillow flat as a pancake. Clunky elevator. Cold water didn't work for two days and had to press to get it fixed. Staff in cafe was nice and coffee was excellent.

It was fine for a not even 8 hour stay to be close to the airport for an early flight. We were first given a half cleaned room with a very musty smell. The elevator seemed like it was going to give out at any moment. The staff was really nice though so that’s a plus.

The cleanliness was not up to Marriott standards I have experienced in the past from other Marriott hotels. The elevator carpets were torn and dirty. The elevators themselves needed some repair and maintenance - were jerky and noisy. My bathroom shower had some mold in the corners. The heating/cooling unit would shut off during the night and the room would be too warm. In addition, there was no switch to keep the fan blowing to keep circulation going in the room,. The outside of the windows had a thick layer of dirt/dirty film on them and appeared to have not been washed in many months. None of this is the Marriott quality I have enjoyed in past stays with Marriot.

First room I was given had several industrial fans in drying up some sort of water damage. Second room smelled pretty bad of water damaged carpets(very musty). I suspect they have leak issues and just dry out the carpets without any cleaning process. Either way the room smelled pretty unbearable and I spent most of the night out of it and when I returned I had to keep the AC on and the window open all night. I stay in many hotels traveling for work but wouldn’t stay here again. Holly on the Front desk was wonderful but being let down by the state of the hotel. Needs renovating badly, walls and furniture in the rooms also need sprucing up.

Our first room 335 had broken vertical blinds so we could not shut them. We asked to move to another room, the lady named Holly, was very nice and tried to accommodate us. We were moved to a room on the first floor, room 102, which did not have two queen beds as we first requested but a king bed which was fine. This room had drapes that actually opened and closed but the lighting was very dark. The bulb above the dresser near the TV was burned out and well as the bulb above the counter with the coffee pot.

Well, let’s start the first night. We got there, which was Friday. We were told when we went to the bistro that we cannot have anything fried or any kind of a side dish. The only thing that we could have is a sandwich because that’s all they had then the next night we went to the hot tub and when we were in the hot tub, we noticed a couple bugs we got out in the hot tub stopped, and we looked at it, and the whole hot tub was full of bugs. The same night about eight people decided they were going to go sit on the patio until 130 in the morning until everybody started complaining, and they finally made them go in they were also smoking and drinking on the patio, which wasn’t supposed to be permitted. The refrigerator turns off every two hours so you have to re-put it back on every two hours I mean it should stay on for at least 12 hours, but it doesn’t and there’s absolutely no clock in the room then as I was in the room I noticed it was a piece of candy between the bed and the nightstand. I looked up at the ceiling and there’s this whole big brown section of nothing but dust bunnies and stains on the ceiling. There’s no Kleenex in the room. And there was some kind of brown unidentified stuff on the curtains. The other thing I don’t understand is you give us a balcony with the patio door but there’s no furniture. For the price of this hotel I was so extremely disappointed. I would never recommend it to anybody and I would never go back. And the couch was ripped

Not happy

The hot tub had bugs in it. The ceiling of our room had dust bunnies terribly. There was candy next to the bed. The curtains had brown stuff on them. The couch was ripped. No free coffee (which is weird). They allowed other guests to be very loud on the patio right under our room.
