This was by far my worst experience. My colleague and I were on a business trip and had booked two rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Westlake, securing them with a credit card, To our surprise, when we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had oversold and no rooms were available for us. It’s unacceptable that a major hotel chain like Marriott would allow this to happen, how can they sell rooms that were already booked and confirmed with a credit card? If this is how they treat their customers, I will never stay with Marriott again. Avoid this chain at all costs.

I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t operable while we were there. That was one of the reasons I booked at this hotel. Other than that, our stay was great

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, halls, lobbies etc. Halls had a nice faint minty smell on the floor I stayed on. Only downside was the toilet was rather small and short, definitely not for someone who has a hard time getting up from low areas.

It was ok- limited hours for the Starbucks which was a disappointment- Only open early morning and after 5- so had to door dash for food- Area was decent - Needs updated - The Room cleaning staff were awesome -The older lady at the front desk was rude and short with me- No filtered water in gym so had to use a lot of plastic bottles - which they had recycle bins in rooms but clearly didn't actually recycle - Pool area was dated - back patio looked like a frat house front porch - Area was nice - restaurants walkable - Definitely not what I would expect from a Marriott property- Cute St Pats decorations
