THE PROPERTY
Driving along beautiful coastal roads through the sleepy town of Cleveland,  you will find Lakepines Cottage following the driveway nestled between beautiful mature trees. With its private 200 feet of beach, Lakepines Cottage is one of the few properties with direct access to Lake Michigan.  

The unique design of the Lakepines Cottage is a true testament to the spirit of mid- century style and design. The house has been completely renovated and designed to exceed your expectations for rest and relaxation. It's perfect for making memories with family, friends and colleagues.

The scenic property has breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.  You can easily walk from the house to the beach across the beautiful lawn with plenty of room for outdoor games mere feet from the water's edge. 

Whether you are looking forward to taking a swim, kayaking, dipping your toes, or searching for colorful lake glass along the shore, a few steps is all that's required to reach the water's edge.  

An outdoor fire pit and cozy Adirondack chairs will keep the conversations going way into the night.  Gaze up and you will be stunned to see unobstructed views of innumerable stars. 

Once you are ready to head home, a warm outdoor shower will take care of any lake water or hitchhiking sand on your skin.

Enjoy dinner al fresco on the large patio and carry the mood way into the night as you warm up by the outdoor fireplace.  Step into the house and pick up a snack without having to trek up the stairs... the kitchen is open.

Unlock the front door and come into the sunroom. You will be amazed at the view offered by the windows and glass sliding doors.   The clever layout ensures magnificent views wherever you are in the house; whether it be preparing meals in the state of the art kitchen, lounging on the couch in the living room, hanging out on the patio and deck, or lazing in bed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are worthy of a five star retreat, with lake views from bed and a private door to the patio and deck.  Each bedroom and the unique spiral staircase have beautiful accent wallpaper. Leave the sliding doors open at night and enjoy the sounds of waves crashing on the beach.

Located only 8 minutes from Whistling Straights Golf Course along the beautiful coastal road, the Lakepines Cottage is a golf aficionado's ideal home.  Lakepines Cottage is one of the largest properties that offers direct water access. Bring your golf clubs and tee-off on the lawn directly on the water's edge. With over 200 feet of private beach, you will feel like the Great Lake belongs to you alone!

RACE:
Located only 30 minutes away from Road America, the Lakepines Cottage is the ideal location for any race fan. "All roads lead to Road America", but not all are as picturesque as those leading from the Lakepines Cottage. Whether you take the long way there, or plan for a shortcut, driving among sprawling fields in America's Dairyland is what dreams are made of. Bringing a trailer? There is plenty of parking to ensure ample space for your entire car collection.

PLAY:
Located just 50 minutes from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, the Lakepines Cottage offers easy access to the all of the action that the Green Bay Packers have to offer. Don't like the crowds and the parking lot traffic? Our 3 flat-screen TVs will put everyone in the middle of the action, no matter where you are in the house.
