The facility put a hold on our bank account for over 500$ and said it would drop off in a couple hours on 9/20/25 it is now 9/23 and the hold is still there and pending. We paid with a different card in person and now it is as if we are being charged twice. Our bank can't do anything we have asked the location itself to correct it and they claim they can't.

The stay was great. The only thing that that I/we had a problem with was that no one told us that there would not be housekeeping on a daily basis. I didn’t find out until I got in for the night and found that housekeeping didn’t come to our room. Then I called the front desk asking about getting fresh towels and that’s when i was told that you have to request housekeeping if you are staying for less than 4 days/nights. And with the price I paid I feel like I should have housekeeping every day.

Hotel was very nice and easy to get to, and the room was nice and clean. The only issue was the air conditioner seemed to be broken on the ground floor, spilling condensation all over the tile floor near checkin. they had a towel down to catch it, but it was not a great impression on the building maintenance when I walked in.

Clean Hotel, Proximity to Airport and Free Parking

Clean and new hotel. Very close to the airport. That is why we stayed here to catch a 6am flight. Breakfast is over-priced, with limited choices. Check-in should be faster, especially late at night. Elevator too slow.
