The Space:

Welcome to your Cleveland retreat - a historic home in vibrant Ohio City just minutes from downtown, breweries & dining. Enjoy comfort, space & a welcoming atmosphere.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The house features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a comfortable stay. Please note that the second bedroom is a walk-through from the master bedroom, creating a connected layout. The living room adds flexibility with a fold-flat sofa that becomes an additional queen bed, bringing the total accommodations to three beds and space for up to six guests. Refresh in the spacious bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, along with hair dryer, cleaning products, and travel-size toiletries for your convenience.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is equipped with a Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, single oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and baking sheet. You will find cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper, along with dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table makes it easy to share meals together.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to a private backyard that is fully fenced, featuring outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a gas grill for barbecues. A fire pit offers the perfect spot to relax under the stars. The property also has a private patio or balcony for additional outdoor space.



Entertainment & Comfort

Stay connected with WiFi and an ethernet connection, or enjoy a quiet evening with the 42-inch HDTV, board games, and books. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the home comfortable year-round.



Family-Friendly Touches

Traveling with little ones is easier with a crib, pack ’n play/travel crib, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. Extra pillows and blankets, cotton linens, hangers, and room-darkening shades add to the convenience.

Parking & Access

Guests will find free parking on premises as well as free street parking nearby. A smart lock allows for simple self check-in, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Pet Policy

The property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.

đŸ€« Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

đŸŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED.

Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

đŸš« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

A bit misleading

The pros-Easy parking, good centralized location, easy check in/check out.The cons-Horrible communication. I asked for a travel crib prior to our arrival and it was confirmed. No crib when we checked in at 5:50 pm so I immediately messaged Dan. Heard nothing for two hours so I called the emergency number. After 6 different messages via email, text and call- a crib was delivered to us at 11:20 pm via door dash. So needless to say, very poor communication.The house could have been cleaner. We Reno ed our shoes at the front door as requested and my socks got very dirty just walking from front door to kitchen. There were also three glasses with lipstick stains. And the jacuzzi tub was awful. It sounded like an airplane was about to take off. Not at all relaxing. I wouldn’t stay again- I’d rather have a clean, cozy place over this.

Family in town for a short stay

My parents and brother in law had a great stay. Nice, clean home with enough room for 4 adults. Description was accurate online. Only negative, the hot water tank didn't have enough hot water to fully fill the tub. Other than this, a great stay! Totally recommended!

Updated and thoughtfully designed

Everything about this place was enjoyable! I was questionable on parking away from the house but it was very close, always had an available spot, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet! Something I wouldn’t think I’d find in Cleveland. It was a 7 minute ride to the convention center. The host was very responsive and informative. The details of the house are thoughtful and inviting. Everything worked and the pictures are exactly what you get! Note** the queen pullout bed in the living room is very hard, not a mattress, like the guest couch bed in a hospital room. However the host provides plenty of soft blankets and pillows!

Pre Christmas fun

We took a quick trip to Cleveland to spend time with our adult kids who work in the area and won’t have much time off for the holiday. This property is a beautifully renovated space perfect for hanging out and enjoying downtown Cleveland. The house was clean and stocked and better located than hotel options. Best of all, it was a friendly space for our family pet. We had a nice weekend checking out local food and watching football

This property was truly beautiful and perfect!

I would describe this property as great for a convention stay or some days in town! 1) Communication was impeccable from the owner from the first inquiry to check out. 2) This vintage home was in a great location to the Huntington Convention Center, breweries and other things around. 3) The home has been completely remodeled with beautiful upgrades and décor. The bed was super comfortable, and the home provided all things that you need; such as a hair dryer, bath towels, clean sheets, iron, closet, dresser for drawers, front porch & back porch and most importantly, a coffee station with creamer, coffee, coffee maker and even flavored syrup. 4) I strongly recommend this property for an experience better than a hotel, the aesthetics it offers, the comfort of the sleep, and everything you need in a home get-a-way!

This place was clean and nicely decorated, and near some great restaurants. My wife and i visited for a concert at the Browns stadium and this place was perfect for the 2 of us. We were worried about the street parking but we never had an issue finding a space very close by.

Ohio City Gem

Lovely home for a couples getaway plus our loyal dog. The communication with Dan, the property manager, was fast and professional proving all the details necessary about our stay. I was equally impressed with the cleanliness, esthetics, and privacy of the home, it had a great layout for a couples retreat, with beautiful skylights and supersized bathroom. Our dog had an area to freely roam in the fenced yard. The location was great for the close walkable proximity to the West 25th corridor to enjoy day or night, the Westside Market, restaurants and brew scene, and just a short share ride to the surrounding neighborhoods, the Flats, and downtown vicinity. The home is well stocked and also suited for a small group, or a small family; however consider the second bedroom is basically a shared space with the master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor as it is described in the profile and the pictures show. Another consideration is the off street parking and I always found a spot close to the home. I will certainly keep it in mind for future bookings and recommendations.
