I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. I very rarely write a review but I was a little disappointed in my stay. Everything in my room felt a little dirty. The bathtub had stains and looked unclean, my towel had a hole in it, the whole hall smelled musty and when I opened the microwave there was mold in it! I understand that that this is a budget hotel and I have stayed in many La Quinta by Wyndham but I think the cleanliness really needs to be worked on here.

Property appeared maintained and possibly recent updates. beds and room comfortable. bathtub needed attention. Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position. woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry."

This place is falling apart: I had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work. The 2nd room, water was leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the room. Pool looked disgusting. Hot tub was out of order. Waffle maker was out. Toaster was out. But the service was good.
