Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, one block from town beach and plenty of bedrooms with super comfy beds and fresh linens! Our family (8) stayed here for a fantastic long weekend.
All the rooms were spacious and clean. This had a balcony.

All I can say is the second I walked in this house…I felt like I was stepping into a dream . Though it is a historic home , the new remodeling to this house is so exquisitely designed with every detail imaginable taken to keep the charm and history this home carries as a true landmark in the area. Anything anyone would want while staying there was readily available perfectly placed . This home was so comfortable and fully stocked with necessities right down to the high quality linens that were abundantly available folded so beautifully in linen closets to the throw pillows and soft blankets in the living room . It was evident from the onset of my stay to the end of my stay, I had made one of the best decisions in choosing this home while in CT. Lastly but not least… Thank you from the bottom of my heart my “Host” a complete stranger who now feels like a friend. I will not forget the effort you made in assuring all my needs were met. Such a nice place! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my wedding weekend. A warning for anyone planning on renting- the stairs are extremely steep, common with houses as old as this. Fortunately there are two bedrooms on the first floor for those of us with mobility issues, which worked great for me. Thank you so much!

Family Wedding in Old Saybrook

My nephew got married and we needed room for 6 of us with two full bathrooms. The location was great! We had some great Lobster Bisque and amazing Pizza! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This old colonial home was very charming. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing to be aware of is there is only air conditioning in 4 of the bedrooms and it was quite hot while we were there. The location is great, and it's a short walk in to town.

Perfect rental for peace and serenity. Conveniently located- walkers dream for trails, beaches, marinas and restaurants. Beautifully updated with decor very well done. Ladies shopping weekend

Old house with neat features. Great dining area to sit, chat, eat, play games. No blinds and only sheer curtains, so if you like to sleep in, it's kind of bright once the sun rises. Nice walk to the beach.

College friends get-together

The interior of the home was clean and welcoming. We had plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. I received many kudos from my friends for choosing this venue. The beach was a five minute walk from the house and the beautiful weather was the finishing touch. Looking forward to a return visit.
