Located on a sprawling 16 acre property where the owners also live; the home is completely private and at the top of 1/4 mile gated driveway. No shared amenities except driveway.

This property is located just minutes away from Dry Creek & Alexander Valley Vineyards & walkable to quaint downtown Geyserville.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

Modern and artistic touches and oversized couches create a comfy yet stylish vibe. Three sliding glass doors frame the front of the house to allow for lots of natural light and evening breezes.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Nearly 360 degree views of the surrounding vineyards. Large front deck and expansive backyard with outdoor kitchen and bar. Enjoy a glass of wine while playing on your very own bocce court with a view or unwind in the built in-ground hot tub.

There are also quiet spaces & nooks for reading with a cup of morning coffee in the covered gazebo.

BED & BATH

Both bedrooms are equipped with ultra comfy queen beds, dressers and dressing areas. Vineyard views from both bedrooms and lots of natural light. Small single bathroom with walk-in shower, quartz countertop, stocked toiletries and towels (dressing stations provided in each bedroom).

*Cannot use the premises for any illegal activities.
* No smoking inside the house.
*Damages will be billed directly to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
*Quiet time is 9PM- 7AM (Sonoma County Ordinance)
*No eating in the bedrooms.
*Pets are allowed with a $50 fee for additional cleaning. Please pickup after your pet outside. No pets on the beds and only on the furniture on provided blankets. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees within reason.
