Cleanline beach house is located in Tierra Del Mar. A two hour drive (106 mi) from Portland international Airport. Directly out front and to the South is a popular spot to launch and ride jet ski's, due at least in part to the easy public vehicle access. Cape Kiwanda and the dunes can makes for a good hike to the South. Out front and to the North, Tierra Del Mar is a much more quite and relaxed beach. Further North is Sandlake, which is a great place to watch wildlife, but also has dunes for ATV/Motorcycle/4x4 riding, and a little further Cape lookout offers great hikes and surfing.

The little town of Pacific City is where you can explore Cape Kiwanda tide pools and dunes, catch some waves, go horse back riding on the beach, take a dory boat out and enjoy deep sea fishing, eat out at the award winning Pelican Pub or Grateful Bread restaurant. Drive 25 mins north to see the world famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. Enjoy a factory tour and of course their amazing variety of cheese and ice cream. 30 mins south is Lincoln City, where there is the Outlet Mall with premium stores, kite flying, one of the best skate parks in Oregon, beach front restaurants, Barnacle Bill's Seafood market where you can get fresh fish and chips, antique shops, and Chinook Winds Casino. Look forward to a fun day at the beach!

Beach reunion

The property was perfect for our large group. Easy access to the beach, nice grill, patio space and fire pit . Outdoor shower was wonderful for getting the sand off our feet. Beds were comfortable! Benj also had nice welcoming touches that were appreciated. This was our 2nd time staying here. Happily recommend it once again!

Beautiful modern house

An absolutely beautiful house directly on the beach! It’s not common to find such a modern house on the coast. It had had everything we needed, we had 11 adults and fit in the space very comfortably. Allowing us a late check out was the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Families Getaway

Had an amazing time at the house. House is way larger than the photos look which was a good surprise. Very, very, clean and well stocked. Access to beach was priceless. The outdoor fire pit was great. Just a fantastic house overall. Only issue (not the fault of the house owner) was that the entire row of houses on that part of town had wifi outages which was bad because there is not any cell reception at the house for any of us that were there so we were a bit out of touch unless we went into pacific city proper. So just be aware youll need wifi connectivity if you want to use your phones to call etc.

Pre- Christmas Family Time

The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. We appreciated that 2 of the adult bedrooms along with the kids' bedroom were on the North end of the house while the other 2 bedrooms were on the South, separated by the kitchen/living areas. Perfect for the grandparents! The beach access is wonderful. The house in yards from the sand and the under house parking is at beach level - no climbing skills needed. We have rented houses through VRBO and other sites and have occasionally found the description and photos misrepresented the actual 'situation' - wear and tear/ cleanliness/room size. Not in this case! We found everything as represented in the photos and descriptions. We highly recommend 'Cleanline'.

Amazing beach front sunsets

beautiful beach front home. We enjoyed lots of fire pit fun with family making smores and watching beautiful sunsets. location was a little out of the way but we wanted it that way. Entry to the beach for 4 wheelers was just next to the house. We were afraid it would be noisy but honestly, didn't hear any of them but it was fun to watch. Food market and fun was not far.. about 2 1/2 miles away. Would stay here again.

Our stay at Terra Del Mar was fantastic. There were 8 adults and 7 kids (6 were 6 yrs & under). The direct beach access was perfect and the outdoor shower a much used station! While the bedrooms were small and places to put luggage were limited we managed. The beds were great and the giant kitchen island was well used. It was warm at the beach and with beautiful floor to ceiling windows the air conditioning was wonderful. The grill pictured was not there and the small portable one was not cleaned. We skipped it. We appreciated the kid toys, sand toys and plastic kitchen wear for the littles!!! We hope to rent again sometime soon.

Perfect Beach House

The house was perfect! Right on the beach, nice fire-pit and outdoor area we enjoyed nightly! Beds were very comfortable and cozy! Views are amazing, from the living room to all the bedrooms. Beach views for days!

My family loved this house, we will be back. The house was very clean and had all the necessary housewares and beach equipment. We had a fire pit one night and roasted marshmallows. The kids loved it. The house is very kid friendly. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Great house for a family vacation. Parking is easy and the neighborhood is nice. Close to town for a dinner or two!! Recommend very much!!

Me and the families staying with me had a great time renting the property. The check in and out was simple and fast and the property was super clean with no mess. Breathtaking ocean view

This property is so unique. Right on the beach, floor to ceiling windows to take in the gorgeous Oregon coast. Accommodations were comfortable and ample. Working with Benj ahead of time was great. Nice guy, and quick to respond to questions. Air conditioning worked great, all appliances, bedding, towels, cooking apparatus, etc were adequate. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The kitchen was stocked and ready to go. You could use a large glass casserole dish to add to the mix. We had a nice fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the sound of the ocean! Thanks again for a wonderful stay

So beautiful!

The sunrises in the bedroom windows are unlike anything! Stunning views all around, and the house is perfectly equipped for a group stay. I stayed with 6 friends and there was plenty of room and a great kitchen for cooking meals. Plenty of private bathrooms and just steps from the beach. So perfect!
