Welcome to a cozy getaway where you'll fee at ease the moment you walk in the door! The "Chillton" cabin is one of the original Tierra del Mar beach cabins that has been lovingly restored and is now a comfortable, stylish and fun beach house. Outside there's a fun surfer shower, and a large back yard.

Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sand Lake Recreation Area is 4 miles to the north

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Cozy spot for a couple just off the beach

The house was a little tricky using Google maps, but well worth it. Rustic extended studio house with a kitchen where everything worked. It was about five minutes to walk to the shore. Beautiful spot will come here again.

The Chilton was so cozy and the King size bed was greta. WE liked that the beach was 2 doors down with easy accessibility. Especially the short walk to the beach. Full size refrigerator and necessary kitchen equipment helped plus good size bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, Cozy Beach House

Home is in a very quiet neighborhood a few miles from Pacific City and steps from the beach. We saw bunnies. We saw deer. It was all very peaceful and we will definitely be back.

Location 10/10. Bring a wagon to pull your beach items 2 minutes to the beach. Perfect little house for a couple and their dog. Has rudimentary kitchen equipment, but suggest packing anything specific you need. Pack your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Overall had everything we expected and would stay again. Can’t beat the location. House gets very hot during the day and most of the windows don’t open. Request a fan be left for you.

Great Little Place so Close to the Beach

My mom and I had a small getaway one weekend with my goldendoodle puppy (1 y/o). The place is perfect for 2 people okay with sharing a bed and someone okay with taking the couch. The couch was actually very comfortable. My dog and I loved the location and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing the sand off of my dog before entering the house. The house is FEET from the beach, which made morning beach walks with my dog so easy. The beach was generally low on foot traffic, which added to the relaxation aspect. There were also neighborhood bunnies that were fun to watch early in the morning with my cup of coffee. Overall, a great small getaway location with clean, updated appliances.

Adorable minimalist cabin.

This place is very cute, clean and good for a short stay with 1 or 2 people. Beach access is about 1 block away. There is lots of beautiful art related to the owner of the house and most of the basics. Bring you own hairdryer. That being said....there is no porch light which made me really uncomfortable. Theres a motion light on the front of the house but the porch is dark. Also, my biggest pet peve, polyester sheets on the bed. The worst.
