Directly on the ocean and in the heart of Cocoa Beach, you and your guests will be taken away by the amazing views & amenities offered in this state-of-the-art home. This home is an entertainer's dream featuring an oversized eight-foot-deep pool, a brand-new hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a spacious sun deck offering incredible BEACH and ROCKET LAUNCH views. Of course, this dream would not be complete without your furry friends this home is PET-FRIENDLY!

Come and experience a new state of mind in this 4-bed, 5-bath home. The home offers over 3,400 sq. ft. , a 2 car garage (3rd bay used for beach equipment), wrap around porch, and a lower patio. With 3-living areas, one on the second level and two on the ground level, there is plenty of space for larger groups! The modern kitchen on the second floor overlooks the ocean while a kitchenette is conveniently located on the ground level.
The ground level of the home offers TWO primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home as well as three exquisite baths. Each floor of this incredible home is also equipped with brand new LG Smart Washer and Dryers. The second level features two additional bedrooms adjoined by a Jack and Jill Bath. A half-bath is conveniently located near the second floor living area.
The location could not get any better as it is within walking distance to Downtown Cocoa Beach, shopping and restaurants. This home is also just a short-drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, SpaceX, Kennedy Space Station, and Cape Canaveral. The property was amazing. The stove is funky though. We all had a hard time operating , it did work, but the controls are not intuitive. It’s a great location in a nice quiet part of the beach. We liked the beach toys .My daughter had some dolphin company when she surfed! My only small complaint was the bikes were flat and the pump didn’t work. Before we booked we confirmed there were 4 working adult bikes. We had bikers in the group that really wanted to ride bike first days.We were too tired but eventually went out and purchased a cheap air pump we left for your next guests. If I was in the area I would definitely stay there again.

Beach Vacation

We stayed for a week as our 10 year old attended Space Camp at nearby Cape Canaveral. The house location couldn’t have been better; you can walk out the back door onto the beach! The house is well maintained, clean, and has tons of extra amenities like surf boards, pool toys, bikes, etc. Our kids are already asking to go back.

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and VERY clean beach home, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Lexi, the owner, was amazing with excellent quick and thorough communication. She was an absolute joy! The location was perfect. Very close to groceries and restaurants, yet away from the congested area. The home has everything you could want. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with high end appliances, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The home also includes bikes, rafts for the private pool and umbrellas and chairs for the beach. We were a family of seven and two dogs, and there was plenty of room to gather together and then also escape to the quiet spaces of the four bedrooms. We were fortunate enough to privately watch a rocket launch from the deck and an air show while relaxing on the beach directly in front of the home. This was the perfect getaway. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer vacation. This home does not disappoint!

Beautiful Home on the Beach

This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need for a perfect family reunion. Excellent location which allowed us to set up on the beach for the day. We also enjoyed the home which has been newly remolded which attention to detail - from a well stocked kitchen and bedrooms, to numerous sitting areas to gather to watch videos, play games and sit around and talk. We will be back!

This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool and hot tub are great and they have tons of chairs, beach toys and umbrellas if the beach is your thing. Beautiful Home!

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and has AMAZING views!! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from the deck while we were there! The beach is just steps from the back door and was never very crowded. We enjoyed finding lots of shells on the beach. Pool was a perfect temp! Highly recommend!!!

Great stay on the beach.

Wonderful huge house, bathrooms were all amazing kitchens were great with the two areas and refrigerators. Great beds and rooms , everything was real good except the disappointment of the Hester for the pool was out. We couldn’t use it and that was an attraction we wanted. Thank god there was a hot tub. Would love to have a deal or reimbursement because we didn’t have a pool for the family it was 65 degrees. Otherwise great stay.

Florida family vacation

Family stay before the cruise. The property is just as presented on vrbo. Beautiful beach a short walk from the deck, perfect size pool but water temp was quite warm, comfortable beds and bedding, new appliances with washer/dryer, and great light from all the windows. Please be aware there are limited supplies (no Kleenex, one roll paper towels, 2 dish towels, no brew coffee options but 2 new Keurigs for pods you purchase). We would definitely return
