The house was charming and surprisingly spacious. My 10 year old caught a fish on the beach and insisted we cook it, thankfully the house fully stocked with condiments and everything needed to make it happen. It was a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our 8 night stay and highly recommend staying at Julie's home on Cocoa Beach. The views are stunning and the home is directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and we all took advantage of the various beach toys and chairs. We particularly enjoyed the deck area with lovely umbrellas and lots of seating. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so our family of adults had privacy. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for nights that we cooked. We hope to stay again at Julie's home if we are in the area.

This house was perfect for our July 4th getaway. Easy access to the beach and surrounding area. Because the beach is private, there were no crowds. The house is better than the pictures. Its warm decor is so welcoming and the house was very clean. Julie is amazing to work with. Very responsive and not intrusive as an owner. Look forward to visiting again!

 the nicest place I’ve ever stayed on VRBO

Julie the host saved me from a nightmare rental.. I moved my family from there to this immaculate inviting home. This home is stunning and has all the amenities.. the views and access to the beach were amazing.. multiple lovely outdoor spaces ..The indoor spaces were equally inviting and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space for large family to sleep, lounge and dine. The host was so gracious and left a lovely welcome basket.. only regret is it could have been a longer stay to enjoy it fully.. will definitely be back.. thanks Julie

House was beautiful and clean. We loved the master upstairs with the wall of windows overlooking the ocean! Our girls fought over the one bedroom downstairs with the ocean view but they compromised because the other bedroom was just as beautiful. We loved it and the host Julie was wonderful. This was our second stay at this home. It is a perfect place to stay right on the beach. There is more than enough room for our family of five. Great location for making day trips to the areas biggest attractions. Perfect for a day on the beach.
