Perfect location
Great place; even better location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants, massage therapy and more. We visited a different restaurant everyday- the service and food were all excellent. Just such a fun area for families. Thanks to Rachel and Paige for being amazing communicators throughout our stay. A special thanks for providing a beach cart with everything a family could need for a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent! Great restaurants and the beach are a short walk. Anything needed was at the cottage, including candles for my friend's birthday treat! The cottage is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. People out walking and riding bikes everywhere. As 70+women, my friend and I felt very safe walking solo. Only drawback, very noisy children in attached town home, but only 2 nights.

From start to finish, this vacation home experience was very nice. Owners were super helpful from booking process through our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone else considering a stay in Cocoa Beach.

Awesome vacation cottage that was perfectly located (walking distance) to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and some shopping. House's decor was beachy with a super cool mermaid door knocker and seashell chandelier. House had relaxing backyard patio to hang out in and nice bedrooms, living room, and kitchen that met all our needs. Rent it fast or Ill beat you too it. A+++ rating by this world traveller. P.S. pillows and beds were amazing for a well rested sleep to set up your daily fun.

This place was amazing. Perfect for our family to enjoy new years and some family time.
Rachel was very quick in her response time. Left a welcome basket upon arrival which we were very grateful for. The rental is exactly like the pictures. The back yard is lovely with a great barbecue, fire pit and outdoor shower. We used all and they worked great. The rental included everything you would need, beach wagon, beach chairs even a cooler and boogie boards for the kids. Plus much more. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach, about a 5 min walk. The map makes it look longer, it is actually close. The community is quiet and safe where the house is located. Overall such a great rental! The house is so cute and cozy. My childrennloved the blue blankets sooo comfortable. You can tell they have pride in their property. We highly recommend this place.
