This is a top-notch property! Loved everything about this well-appointed unit. Will love to go back. Beautifully furnished, every essential you can think of is provided, quality bedding, just perfect. I cannot think of one thing that is lacking in this unit. I do wish the development had some umbrellas at the tables at the pool so that there could be a little bit of shade. However, the host of this unit has provided plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach, which is where we ended up spending our afternoons.

From the minute we drove onto the property, it was clean and impressive, our condo was clean, had easy access to the beach and the pool. Our condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was a great area to cook. Plenty of refrigerator space and appliances. We had beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toiletries. Our balcony had great views poolside, and the ocean. We also had the opportunity to watch a rocket launch. We had great memories to last forever and our host. Marilyn was very informative. She’s the best.!!

This was our second stay at this condo and it was great just like the first. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Most things you need to enjoy a beach vacation are provided. Wonderful stay

Condo was perfect for our family with two small kids. Kids loved walking from the pool to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Included everything needed to go out on the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.
