Fenced back yard, bbq, washer/dryer, Smart Tvs, wi/fi central air, boogy boards. You can walk to everything, restaurants, stores, parks, Ron Jons, beach and more. Nice comfortable furnishings, and relaxing porches. Nicely landscaped. Ideal for families and pets. Close to dog park as well. Enjoy the surf and all the activities as people walk to the beach.

Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The property was nice and really close to the beach. Communication with the owner was really easy. My only complaint was that there was mold on the shower curtains. Those definitely needed to be changed.

We really liked it here. You were walking distance from everything you could need. They had everything you needed to bake and cook. Very clean. Would definitely book again.

Relaxing week

Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again.

Nice apartments

It was an dog friendly apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was clean and had great furniture and coastal decor. We entered through a cover lanai/porch. There were two separate doors that led out into two different backyards for the dogs.

Great location, welcoming host

Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.

Weekend getaway

This was a great property in a great location and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. My friends and our kids loved the location and the apartment was even better than the pictures. We live in Orlando and will definitely be staying here again.

We visit cocoa beach often and since we were having our family come with us, we decided to rent this apt. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. full kithcen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms BBQ and super close to all of our favorite spots. We look forward to staying here again.

The location is worth it all. Rental is great. Just what we needed. Walked to Ron Jon, Starbucks, Multiple Restaurants, Beach, Convenience store, and Grocery. Property manager is very kind and helpful. We will definitely book again.

The property met all our needs, the family suite was ideal for our family of 6. Access to the beach was a short walk, the little ones enjoyed the beach toys provided. Close to area shops and restaurants. Joe was super nice and even texted with a picture of souvenirs my grand kids had left behind and is sending them to my home address in Missouri!! Will recommend to others and I hope to return myself!
