The house itself was very comfortable for our stay - beautifully designed, super clean, and with everything we needed during our stay. We also really enjoyed the home's location close to a large area of mangroves - we were able to easily put our kayaks in the water from the dock and enjoyed a few days of kayaking and fishing all over the mangrove area. It was also a very short bike ride or moderate walk to get to the beach and restaurants. Lastly, we really appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog! Thank you to Zena for being a great host.

Great place to relax for our holiday weekend getaway with friends (party of 6). Spent the days relaxing in the pool. Caught a few spotted sea trout off the dock, and even caught a glimpse of a dolphin. The kitchen and grill allowed us the ability to dine in for every meal. And the living room was spacious and comfortable enough for us all to gather and watch football too! Hosts were easy to communicate with, and were quick to respond to our needs. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Rental

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was exactly what we needed. We fished, saw dolphins swim by while having coffee in the backyard, and the pool was perfect! We stayed 5 nights and saw 4 rocket launches. It was a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and pleasant walking didtance to the beach, eateries and golf. We knew the pool wasnt heated when we booked hiwever wit could have been warmer if it had a solid solar cover instead of plastic runners. We would definitely stay here again.

“The Best Vacation Ever!”

We spent a week over Thanksgiving with us two grandparents, our son and his wife, and their three children aged 12,8, 6. The house was perfect for our family of seven. The first night we sat poolside and watched the first of two rocket launches over our stay. It was incredible! Our visit included a day at Kennedy Space Center, two beach days, walks to town and to the Art Festival, pool time, and, lots of fishing from the dock. The family was thrilled to see a manatee and her baby and dolphins right at the dock.We prepared most meals at the house and I have never seen a more well equipped kitchen. It had everything and more that we needed. The pool was wonderful and there is an abundance of pool toys, beach items, a cart for the beach, chairs and more. You really only need pack your clothes and toiletries and the rest you may need is here. I give this house a rousing 5 stars as it was the perfect place to have shared adventures and renewal of family connections. When we took the family to the airport they all said it was “the best vacation ever!”

Just what was needed

The property was great. Quiet neighborhood, house just as described, easy check in, the pool was so nice to relax in, and a fishing dock where we saw otters and manatees was great. Ours was a short vacation with family and I am so thankful to have found this house. It was just what we needed.

Great place!

We stayed here for a week and we had a great time! The view was amazing! We caught fish and saw dolphins. The private pool was awesome! We enjoyed the restaurants and they were very close too. Don’t miss out on this beautiful rental!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property and will book again if we stay in the area, the only reason we gave check-in 4 stars was because when we finally got to the property after a long day of travel our door code didn’t work. The host was super responsive and fixed it right away which was great, but then stayed at the property to change light bulbs and it was a bit chaotic as we were trying to unpack groceries and figure out dinner and bedrooms and unpacking. The Host was extremely pleasant it was just not great timing for maintenance. My kids caught a ton of fish off of the dock which was great and the house has a lot supplies which is great for those flying in. Great location, close to the beach and shopping. Quiet neighborhood great for families, not for a party. We did have family visit almost every day and had no problems, just messages the host ahead of time. It really was a fantastic time and we all hated to leave!!!

Horrible experience

The house and everything was good but me and my family were stalked all night. We traveled far and we were watched all night by the neighbors. We couldn't enjoyed our time because of false complaints every time we talk our laugh we bother by the neighbors. This is not a great neighborhood for a colored person.

Our family was blown away by this home and the hospitality that came with it. Our little girls (3 and 6) are already planning next trip to this house and saying they want to bring their friends and family to stay too. This house literally had everything we needed/wanted. Pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, wagon to walk to the beach with. They got slivers on the dock...1st aid kit complete with tweezers, Neosporin, and the elusive hero, bandaids! Zena answered any questions we had. There is a very well put together portfolio with area attractions, restaurant menus, directories, and it was great seeing what other guests recommended as well. We hope to make it back to this place!

Great Stay

We had a great vacation in November. The house was clean, exactly like the pictures. Zena was great to work with. My kids loved seeing the dolphins and being able to fish.

Great stay!

The house and property was great! Zena was very responsive to my messages and very helpful with answering all of my questions prior to our arrival and she was also very helpful and responsive to meeting our needs during our stay! We caught a lot of super cool fish off the dock! Overall great stay and we highly recommend!!

Lovely spot on inland waterway

Nice property. Most fun was 2 dolphins swam by on Sunday morning! Lots of things for kids to do.

Wedding fun

We didn't spend much time at the property because of all the wedding events over the weekend. But it was clean comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the dock and water. I would stay there again.

Love the dock fishing and swimming. Disappointed with the contradictory listing. It says any people over 8 is an additional fee of $20 per person. Also includes your dog as a “person”. Then I received emails from the owner to double check the rules to make sure we’re aware of the rules. The rules she sent said $20 extra per persons over 4 people. She apologized and said that the listing needed updated. However, then again she said the same thing, $20 for each person over 4. And again I had to reach out for her to clarify as that wasn’t correct. Floors were not clean/towels were not clean. She said she had a new cleaning crew but then said she knew her mom cleaned the sheets so I dont think there is a cleaning crew. Kids room was dirty so my so didn’t even stay in it. I had to buy detergent and wash all the towels myself. Had to pick up piles of dog feces in yard (4) and provided pics. I sure hope they didn’t charge the prior guests for the dog poop considering I’m the one that had to clean that up. So if you’re charging people $20 per dog feces maybe you should knock $80 off of my stay. It felt like we were being watched the whole time as well. I didn’t feel as though the Owner was being honest about the place being cleaned prior to our arrival but we made the best of it and had a nice time. The location is perfect but they should allow more than 8 people for a 4 bedroom home.
