Our room was SPOTLESS! They kept it so clean! And the lobby was always clean and tidy even though it was snowy/muddy outside! We were always greeted with a friendly smile and a hello! Highly recommended-great room-super clean with easy access and close to downtown shopping but still nice and quiet

Ok stay at best

Service was good when we got checked in. The room itself was fine and comfortable. Unfortunately the main problems were with the bathroom, the bathroom was falling apart. Tiles were laying on the floor or hanging off the wall. The shower did not drain and had grime which was gross!!

Wildly weird checkin!

There was no one at the front desk to check me in. I called the property, no answer, honestly I was a bit bewildered! Finally after like 10 minutes, a lady walked in to check me in. No breakfast, my fault I hadn’t checked that box. Needless to say won’t be staying there again. I’ve never gone to a hotel & not have a person behind the desk!
