Everything was great , front desk very friendly . Only I notice at the breakfast Hot food wasn’t hot enough ??? At the proper temperature ??? Other then that great choice of hotel to stay ??

Not an 8.8!

Went there for our anniversary based on 8.8 star reviews. What a mistake. The room and fixtures were very dated damaged and worn. The bedspread had numerous snags coming apart, and a horrible smell like body odor was emitting from the carpet and bedding. It was awful. The girl at the front desk was not trained and didn’t know what was going on. The hallways smelled bad too. We left and went elsewhere. I can’t understand how anyone could rate this motel as an 8.8. I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s that are better. Very seedy location too. Don’t rely on the ratings system here. It’s way off.

I was so disgusted at the lack of customer service at the front desk as the clerk ignored us and talked non-sense to the one and only person in front of us that I left without checking in. I did not stay there and will never book with Expedia again nor will I stay in this hotel chain. I paid for a room I never slept in and had to find lodging elsewhere in town.
