Loved having a washer/dryer! Staff was very helpful. Suite was nice and bed very comfortable. Parking was difficult - size of spots and availability. No food on site, but within easy walking distance. Bring snacks and things you want with your coffee.

Rented a one-bedroom lake view. View was very nice, clean and quiet. Sorry can't remember his name working the front desk. He was very helpful and polite. Would stay again.

They wanted $30 a night to access the rooftop patio. It was in disarray because they were cleaning the windows both days, so it was unusable. They refunded us, which was nice. The bed is not comfortable at all and the craftsmanship is shoddy and slapped together. The floor from the bedroom to the bathroom was not level, which is why the doors were always halfway shut. Couch very uncomfortable. The location is good, but everything else is pretty half-hearted with hidden fees and bad furniture. Plus they charge $50 a night for amenities in the room, which is ridiculous.

VERY Nice Accommodations

Front Desk was awesome, garage parking, new building, pet friendly, huge kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Bedroom is a little tight, but a most comfortable bed. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Sleeper sofa was, well, a sleeper sofa. Patio dog run on the 4th floor is very convenient. Close to restaurants, shops, etc… Only suggestion would be to have grab bars in the tub/shower. Outstanding stay for a price comparable to the big chains. I highly recommend this place!!
