The property looked like they slapped paint over all the wear and tear. I had to move to a different room because the toilet was broken and there was no one to fix it. The second room smelled like sour milk.

Overall it was an amazing Stay

I loved it. Yes, there were some cracked walls, but it’s fixed. you probably might still be able to see some, but at least it’s clean, friendly, and quiet. Oh, and there’s a deposit as well.

There was a police camera system outside in the next parking lot loudly speaking a warning that cameras were innuse 24/7 about every 10 minute all night long. Bathroom floor tile was damaged and cracked due to a soft spot in floor.

The property is extremely run down and there were stains on the walls that weren’t cleaned. The bedskirt was filthy and it snowed and they didn’t remove ANY of the snow. Breakfast was very sparse and I chose to feed my daughter and go without so she could have enough. The night manager was kind. The rest of the staff seemed rude and irritated.

Ramada has always been a pretty reputable hotel. Middle of the road, clean, with good customer service, which is why I was shocked at the state of this facility. Check-in was fine. The two gentlemen gave the run down of the hotel. They were friendly and answered all questions. The room, a 2 bed, was comfortable but dated. The bathroom was gross. It looked like the bathtub had been painted. The door across the hall looked like it had been kicked in. The rooms are loud. I could hear everything from the rooms across the hall, people walking past the rooms, and doors shutting throughout the night. The next morning at breakfast, there were no forks, syrup, butter, or waffle batter. I asked the woman in the area for a fork, she said they ran out of forks and spoons.how are people supposed to eat breakfast? She shrugged. As other customers came in, they also brought these concerns to her attention and she rolled her eyes, folded her arms, and said she couldn’t do anything about it. She a

The staff were great. However it wasnt clean. There were dirty stained towels in the pool area that were meant to be "clean". They charged for an incidental that we didnt do so we had to fight that. All around just not well kept

Beware of excessive "holds" and "deposits"!!!!!!!!

Room was fine, just a heads up though, that they will charge "holds", and "deposits", on any card they have access to. We booked a room for my birthday to stay in town and get dinner, but there was so much money tied up(nearly $300 on a $170 stay), that the money wasn't there to get dinner.
