Flinders Trim (formerly Endeavour 6) is one of Coffin Bay's Premium Two Storey Holiday Homes with a total of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a luxury spa room. It has comfortable furnishings and is situated on the Esplanade with views overlooking the Bay and native land.
Flinders Trim is located on the Lower Eyre Peninsula (EP) in picturesque Coffin Bay where you can indulge in a fresh smorgasbord of seafood and the famous Coffin Bay Oysters. Coffin Bay is a highly favoured holiday destination and also a popular weekend getaway for people who live in Port Lincoln and surrounds, Port Lincoln is 45 km to the east from the Flinders highway.
The property sleeps 10 guests.

Upstairs:

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are located upstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Everything you need for entertaining.
The open space lounge area has access to WIFI and a 65' flat screen smart TV - perfect to watch and enjoy all favourite sports or TV programs. The expansive windows and double sliding doors connect the inside main living area to the outdoor sheltered balcony. The balcony has Family Weber Q and offers outdoor dining with great views.

Bedroom 1 is located upstairs - this is a luxury Queen size bedroom with quality linen, a walk in Spa Bath Room, built in robes, ceiling fan and a wall mounted smart TV for you to relax and enjoy. Downstairs:

There are three bedrooms downstairs. All bedrooms have built in robes, quality linen, mattress protectors, pillows and blankets, heating and cooling split systems, and a television.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and includes a DVD player

Bedroom 4 is an inviting space with two sets of bunks and includes a DVD player, Wii Game, assortment of DVDs, toys, 2 and children's fold out lounges.
The bathing facilities downstairs include a large shower and a bath tub. There is a separate vanity unit with mirror and extra storage. There is also an additional toilet.

The large laundry has a front Loader washing machine, a clothes dryer, 2 x hanging clothes airers, and an Iron with Ironing board. There is a glass sliding door gives access to the rear yard and clothes lines.

The property has a lockable drive through garage facility for access to the rear yard and extra security.

Flinders Trim is located near the boat ramp and is accessibly close to a diverse range of holiday recreational and sight-seeing activities. You can enjoy fishing, exploring the nature oyster walk trail, kayaking, swimming, visit the local jetty, go out four-wheel driving in the national parks, visit the playground. There is a sporting complex with 9-hole Golf course and a bowling green, Tennis and basketball courts, a BMX bike track, skate park and ramps!
Being so close to the national parks and bushland you will enjoy the local Kangaroos grazing and emu families that roam freely in their natural environment, the area is flourishing with a wide range of birds and wildlife.

There is a variety of local services available and in walking distance you can visit IGA Supermarket, Bottle-shop and Petrol Station, access a Pharmacy, visit the Beachcomber cafe, enjoy Pizza and Take away shop or Fish n chips from the Pelican cafe. You can enjoy a meal or a drink at Coffin Bay Hotel, 1802 Restaurant, Yacht Club, and Oyster HQ with spectacular views of the Bay.
Qantas and Rex Airlines fly to Port Lincoln from Adelaide several times a day. Pre-booked hire cars can be picked up at the airport.
