Close (2 minutes) to one of the best wine cellars in the region.
On the edge of a busiest cycling circuit in the Gulf and the Var region. (CollobriĂšres road)
There are many paths for mountain biking or walking.
5 minutes from ChĂąteau de Grimaud.
4 km from the center of Cogolin where you will find all the shops you would need.
10 km from the first beaches overlooking St Tropez.
15 km from Saint Tropez.

Une maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille!

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cette magnifique maison en famille avec deux enfants. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e, au calme, sans vis Ă  vis, proche de tout (plages, villes, attractions...), cette maison est dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t (intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur) et dispose de tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires (et mĂȘme plus!). De plus, les propriĂ©taires sont vraiment adorables, serviables et disponibles! Nous avons vraiment passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour et nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter! Merci!

Fabuleux séjour

Maison trÚs bien située, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, pratique, rien ne manque, tout y est...trÚs fidÚle à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont trÚs sympa et à l'écoute de nos besoins. The property was perfect, beautifully appointed and well equipped throughout. We had a wonderful stay and would have loved to stay longer. The garden was lovely and the jasmine was flowering, its scent filled the air. The pool was perfect, big enough to swim in and unlike a number of pools it wasn’t too shallow. The owner was very helpful and a delight to deal with. The villa is secluded in a wooded area, very peaceful and quiet yet only 10mins from all the amenities and a little further to several beaches. A perfect stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Bilder werden der RealitĂ€t kaum gerecht. Es ist alle wie angegeben, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man erreicht alles sehr schnell und einfach. Man sollte wissen, dass zum Haus zwei Katzen gehören. Wir haben wenig Bezug zu Katzen aber sie haben uns ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört. Sie sind gut erzogen, schlafen viel und sind sehr lieb. Der EigentĂŒmer ist sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

A beautiful and comfortable property which is finished to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family. NB however that the property does have 2 cats that were very intent on coming into the house. We often found them sleeping under our bed and although we love cats, we are allergic to them! That said, it is an amazing property, which is clearly a family home. The owners were charming and helpful and I would happily recommend.

Others have said it but the photos do not do justice to this gorgeous villa that we enjoyed for our family holiday in August. Everything has been carefully considered and the host Gaetan, made our stay perfect. It is a very peacful setting ans only 15 mins away from the bustling Riviera. We will certainly return!

Nous avons vraiment passĂ© de super vacances. DĂšs les premiĂšres minutes on s’est senti chez soi. TrĂšs bon accueil de l’hĂŽte avec prĂ©sentation des lieux. Schönes Haus mit Pool und herrlichen Garten

Wonderful week in a beautiful villa

We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail, the interior and exterior design and comfort of this beautiful villa in such a stunning location. The decor is beautiful and we found everything we needed to make our self-catering stay as easy as possible. As a family of five there was ample room and it proved to be the perfect accommodation for us. The host, Gaetan, went above and beyond to ensure the villa, garden and pool were perfectly presented and maintained. He was extremely hospitable and helpful with providing local information and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool and garden are stunning. I cannot recommend this villa enough. I would move in forever if I could! My young children loved it too.
