This is a lovely and eclectic hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The breakfast and afternoon tea were fine dining quality. Communication by the hotel about local events that may disrupt our stay was communicated far in advance. We had an absolutely lovely stay!

The staff and breakfast on rooftop were great. We enjoyed afternoon snack with a wonderful view. Although the room was clean, the hotel needs to replace the carpet. There was a large stain in our room. The location was great and a walkable distance to many restaurants, the river and university.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic stay. We loved the book motif in the room and breakfast area.

I love this hotel, although at full price it is a little pricey. The thought that went into the design is amazing, the staff are really lovely and the location is awesome.

The property was very well located to the University area a 12mins walk down! The unique part of the hotel was replicating the books in the Joanina Library in the bathroom areas amazing. The staff were very helpful and cake at the end of the day in the breakfast room was most welcome.

CBR BOUTIQUE was so charming and cozy. We absolutely loved the Biblica Joanina theme decor in the reception lobby and in the room. Room was very impressive, overlooking the river. Loved the location. All you have to do is wLk out of the hotel and you walk out on the main street with plenty of choices of restaurants. Highly recommend CBR BOUTIQUE.

The staff was very friendly and answered many question about the area, and provided helpful recommendations. The room was surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the bustling tourist area. Walked everywhere, and had ample options if we had chosen to use them. Only negatives were that our refrigerator did not work- we never told staff, so do not fault them at all- and that the toilet lacks privacy.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was good. The room was really special. The only problem is parking. If you are driving, there is a really tight parking garage not too far away, but it is not ideal. But I have only good things to say about the actual hotel and staff.
