On the main floor, you will find a welcoming living room furnished with tasteful wooden pieces and a satellite TV, with direct access to the garden. A well-appointed bedroom featuring 2 beds and air conditioning is also located on this level. The large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar and a dining table. A door leads from the kitchen area directly to the patio. This floor also includes a shower room with WC.
