I don't think the heat actually worked. The walls were paper thin, so we heard everything from the neighboring room. When the couple next door had an explosive fight that lasted hours, we talked to the front desk about it. They said they'd take care if it, but we're not sure if anything actually happened based on how long the fight continued to go after the complaint. Also the wifi barely worked.

When we arrived at the property at 10pm after a long flight that was delayed we were informed that they didn’t have any more rooms available because of a burst water pipe. No phone call to warn us. We then had to drive around and find another hotel to stay at. Very unprofessional.
