Parking fee for guests $92 for 2 days, that’s a lot. We aren’t in a big city Front desk checkin was friendly and efficient Concierge not helpful, did direct us to someone else to explain about the show and ice exhibit Lobby bar closed at 12:01 New Years. Social (sports bar) closed 1pm. Shut off tv’s before 12:30. The place was trashed, empty glasses and food plates all over. Not acceptable for a quality resort. Manager was quick to ask everyone to leave just prior to 1am so they could lock up Surrounding area very nice. Walkable with numerous choices of food and beverages and some shops as well. Never found the rooftop bar? Housekeeping staff very nice The Starbucks staff and area clean, efficient. Well stocked and friendly The Ice show was fantastic. Organizing lines and enforcing scheduled times was poor and chaotic Facility was huge and a good amount to offer. Upkeep (hot tub closed) mens room out of order, and just general look not crisp and clean like a resort should be Room clean and housekeeping staff friendly in the hallways. A smile and a hello can go a long way… The Gaylord…expectations high…experience average at best. Bar service like an airport or hotel, no effort to be friendly, offer suggestions or take care of you quickly, just make a drink and move on Again, just average The establishments off site were much, much better staffed
