Gorgeous fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home w/ two living areas,

3 outdoor spaces & fully furnished and stocked for your group or family.

Front door opens into large living space w/ 70" flat screen and soaring ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of games in the entertainment center.

Walk right out through sliding doors onto private patio with outdoor pergola & multiple seating areas, an outdoor 45" TV and string lights.

2 outdoor grills provided (1 gas, 1 charcoal) and games for the kids.

Step back inside and into your gorgeous kitchen fully remodeled w/ granite counters and stainless appliances. Large fridge for stocking your items w/ ice maker. Everything you'll need for your group is in the kitchen including pots/pans/silverware/small kitchen appliances, etc.

Step out into the 2nd living space set up for another group w/ 2 large full size modern futons, another TV with cable and DVD player/movies. Also features a bistro table/chairs as well as chairs at the kitchen bar.

Walk through the door into the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, cable TV, large walk in closet and desk/chair. The master bathroom is right next door with a fully remodeled walk in shower w/ bench seat, large vanity w/ modern accents and plenty of storage.

Down the hall into the bunk room where the kids can spread out with sleeping for 4 and nice sized closet.

Across the hall is the second bathroom w/ full sized tub, brand new tile shower and gorgeous granite vanity w/ modern touches.

The 3rd bedroom is a true retreat decorated gorgeously w/ King bed w/ linen grey modern headboard, pottery barn dresser, 2 night stands w/ lighting and black out curtains.
Step right out on to your private patio for morning coffee or a late night drink w/ a high quality sunbrella bistro table and chairs.

Yard in back features a large 300 sq ft. deck w/ bar, bar stools, string lights, gas fire pit and bench seating. Side and back yard great for letting the kids play.

Laundry Room has brand new washer and dryer and space for hanging clothes.

Finally step into the garage where we have a full sized ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, full sized fridge for extra drinks and food, table/chairs, etc.

House is on a large over-sized corner lot very close to Kyle Field and campus.

Owners can help with logistics of arranging a van to drop off and pick up from football games / sporting events at tenants expense. Lots of outdoor lighting and a modern feel.

Booking and check in was great. House is underwhelming compared to photos. They must use a wide angle lens as the bunk bed room is no bigger than a large closet. The kitchen is TINY. We encountered a couple cockroaches as well. I also found it sneaky that this place states it sleeps 12, but it includes cots and couches that fold into beds in that count...which I understand somewhat, but what is very misleading is that they have a picture of the same bedroom in the pics - but with different bedding and the furniture slightly different - so you see a bedroom with I believe white bedspread and then another bedroom pic with black bedspread - but its the SAME bedroom. It's just deceptive. I should have looked closer, but again the same bedroom shouldn't be pictured with 2 different set ups - can definitely make it seem like there's another bedroom. Also, the back porch TV did NOT work. Overall, it worked out fine. The ad needs to be updated. Its a very old house with a few updates, but think college kids type party house.

What a great experience I would highly recommend


We had a GREAT time at this property. Loved so many things about the house. Hot water that NEVER ran out, the air conditioner worked AMAZING. The mattresses were great. The floor plan worked great with our large group. Had a fun time playing in the garage. We never had time to try out the patio/backyard, but wish we could’ve. We have absolutely NO complaints Ioved our time there and I will highly recommend others to stay there.

Wedding Weekend in CS

We needed a place to stay for the weekend where we could prepare the flowers for my daughter’s wedding and have a family barbecue the night before the wedding. The house is spacious and clean, there is plenty of seating, and the activities in the garage were a hit. Everyone loved the Aggie decor and the layout of the house because it lent itself well to a large crowd. I paid extra to have additional guests at the barbecue. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but I brought everything I could possibly need, so I can’t speak to what the kitchen has or doesn’t have. I appreciated the extra fridge in the garage; it came in handy!The only negative was the beds were not comfortable. None of us got a good nights sleep any of the nights we were there. :(

The written description is accurate, however the picture painted loses some luster in reality. It is an older neighborhood with a wide range of care given to surrounding houses. While the house does sleep 12, that is utilizing every couch and futon and rollaway bed. The bathrooms have the necessary pieces, but are very small.

Great spot. Wonderful home. We were there for a program graduation, but if it were for a game, wow, it woulda been a blast. It was raining, so we didn't get to hang outside, but what a great place. I'd highly suggest it and want to revisit it.
