Very pleasant experience. Front desk was pleasant. Manager was helpful when bathroom sink wasn’t draining and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room after the Aggie game. Rooms are larger than average and free breakfast buffet more substantial than most, cleaner and friendly host.

While reasonable for the price, the staff were significantly undertrained, leading to an inconvenient check-in process and annoyance with the housekeeping. There was also some minor damage to the room when I arrived (damaged door and window pull). The room itself was reasonably clean and the facilities were sufficient for my needs and functional, so the overall experience was reasonable for the cost.

The brunch breakfast advertised wasn't accurate—eggs and sausage muffins were served almost every day. Room issues included a loose faucet and bathroom dispenser, missing grab bars, a broken chain on roller shades, carpet stains, doors that didn’t latch, and noisy bedframes. Despite requesting room service three times, it was not provided over a three-day period.

Overall, the status was good but I wish the continental breakfast would be bit better . No fruits no cereal but scrambled eggs , bread , waffle and all . I guess they will improve gradually . Wishing the best
