Our charming apartment is located in the basement of the holiday home conveniently located to Cologne. It is very quiet with direct access to the large, idyllic garden and has a separate entrance. The 41 sqm spacious and friendly designed living and sleeping area is equipped with a tiled floor and underfloor heating. A free car parking space is available. A quiet seating area on the garden pond in front of the apartment door invites you to linger in the green.

The kitchen for self-catering is equipped with a kitchenette: fridge-freezer, two-zone ceramic hob, microwave with oven, sink, cafissimo and coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available.
A beautiful, functional dining area for 5 people is placed by the window.
In the sleeping area there are either two single beds or a double bed with adjustable slatted frame, a wardrobe, a large mirrored chest of drawers, a small chest of drawers and a stool for storage.
The living area has a large, comfortable leather sofa with additional sleeping function and another sleeping chair with adjustable slatted frame for pleasant sleeping comfort.
The work area includes a desk with free WiFi access and a flat screen with satellite connection.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, tiled marble bench, a towel radiator, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer and is designed with a large wall mirror.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments.
