This hotel did not respect any unexpected situations and did not cancel my reservation/ did not refund..

Therefore, the correct course of action is to contact them directly. They will be able to assist you with your reservation, inform you of their policies and contact the hotel if necessary. We understand that circumstances change, but it is also important to us to be fair to guests who choose flexible, cancelable rates. In future, we will recommend that you book a flexible rate that can be cancelled up to 6pm the day before your arrival. I had the best experience at Ruby Ella. The staff was lovely and so helpful. I loved the hotel. It was so modern and cool. I would totally recommend to any one and I will try to stay at their locations from here on out. It was a great experience.

Posted Nov. 12, 2023 on HotelsGreat location and helpful staff. Loved the jazz theme and their green initiatives such as no housekeeping in return for a free drink at the hotel bar. Room comfortable and clean too

Fun hotel with everything you need. Walkable to all attractions and underground stop on the corner. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Excellent staff.

Great place, staff really friendly. Nicely situated in the city, easy to drop the car and walk to visit and going to restaurant. A very nice place to stay.
