We found the property very comfortable for our extended weekend stay. It’s close to downtown and within a 1-mile walk to most things. Uber/Lyft easily accessible if needed. Three bedrooms with adequate space to move around. Each bedroom has hanging and drawer space, as well as a collapsible luggage stand to put your suitcase on if you wish. Loved the motion sensor lights in the kitchen, making it easy for those night time trips to the BR. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Property is listed as a 3 bedrooms 2 bath and it's not. The houses is also listed as no pets and thats not true the house smelled like there was dirty dogs. The pillows on the bed smelled like dog and the carpet was wet in two of the bedrooms. I did contact Hoste and someone was supposed to come out but no one ever came out. Day of check in i was asked to checknin late due to a issues with the guest before us. Wasn't Worth what we paid .

Really enjoyed my stay here at this Colorado Springs home, just a mile from the downtown area on a quiet street with a great view from the backyard, which sports a fire pit, porch with grill and a large entertaining area around the fire pit with cool outside lighting and a large privacy fence. There is a large kitchen and dining area, plenty of kitchen essentials provided from spices to foil and freezer bags, cookware & utensils, and a gas range. There is ample street parking in front, where the front yard is enclosed by a high privacy fence but there is room for two small cars behind the house accessible from the back alley by the outdoor space which is also enclosed by a tall privacy fence but offers great views of downtown and the mountains. 3 bedrooms total with queen beds,(one being in the basement), one bathroom with tub/shower combo (plus toiletries-shampoo, shower gel, etc.) big laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry products. One big screen tv has tons of channels including HBO and you can sign in to your own streaming accounts as well. Easy check in via a coded door lock on both the front door, really the only negative here is that the 10 am check-out is a tad extreme, they do tell you you you may request a later check out, but I shouldn't have to special request a reasonable check out time of noon or even 11. But this property is a great value, I was there for a wedding and it was on par, price-wise the hotels I priced.
