Welcome to Villa Point Vacation Rentals! Escape to the perfect family vacation destination! Our home boasts a prime location with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. With over 3,600 sqft of living space, our home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Four of our bedrooms glimmer with king sized beds, to maximize your comforts while on vacation. Accompanied by 2x queen beds and a bunk room for all the kids!

Take advantage of our relaxing deck with unobstructed, awe-inspiring views of Pikes Peak and enjoy outdoor meals with our dinning patio furniture. If indoor entertainment is more your style, head down to the walk-out basement, complete with a 7’ pool table, Pacman Arcade machine, 70" Smart TV, upgraded cable, and access to Netflix and other streaming services for personalized entertainment.

There's even a 60" 4K TV in the master bedroom and a cozy fireplace to enjoy some quality time with the family.

We provide resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. A luxury that not a whole lot of rentals have in the springs.

Let your kids (and dogs!) run around in our spacious enclosed backyard while you enjoy high-speed internet, with an impressive average download speed of 686 Mb/s and upload speed of 43 Mb/s.

Our home also features a fully stocked kitchen, board games, and comfortable couches perfect for lounging around, sipping on your morning coffee, and admiring the stunning views. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for families of all sizes, with a primary king bedroom, secondary king bedroom upstairs, and a queen bedroom with mountain views on the upper level. The main level has a king bedroom ideal for grandparents, and the basement includes a kid friendly bunk bed room and trundle (stocked with plenty of toys!) and a 4th king bedroom with large windows that let in plenty of natural light!

Our home offers easy access to the all natural Ute Valley Park, with the trail entrance just steps away from the house, and Pinon Valley Park, a neighborhood favorite with a playground, basketball court, and open fields. We're just a 5 minute drive away from the spectacular Garden of the Gods, 15 minutes from the world famous Five Diamond Broadmoor Hotel, and only 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy.

It was a great stay for our family, I would highly recommend! It walking distance from a playground and hiking trail with beautiful views. We had everything we needed - comfy beds, pack & play, high chair, tons of games and toys for the kids. Kristen was very communicative and let us check in early. The house had a minor issue, out of anyone’s control, and Kristen had someone fix it the next day which we appreciated. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful property

The house is beautiful but the views are spectacular. Coming from hot and humid S Texas , we so enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee as well as dinner. Great location for all the activities we took in around The Springs. Highly recommend this outstanding home

Rental property is great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and space. Rental manager (Kristen) was very responsive and communicative about a few issues we came across during our stay. Overall the property suited our needs for the time we were there.

Family wedding weekend

This home comfortably slept four families for Memorial Day weekend. Tons of living areas and a great outdoor patio with a grill that we took full advantage of. The park a block away was a huge hit with our little kids. Highly recommended!

This was perfect in every way. House was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen convenient and had plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. the location so convenient for all the sightseeing and hiking we wanted to do. Five stars all around.

Perfect home!

Our daughter graduated from UCCS and all of us out of state family stayed here. 10 adults and 3 kids. Perfect home for us. Plenty of room and great location. Loved watching the wild life. Even got video of a bobcat right behind the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House for a large group

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.

Second Time Round

You won’t be disappointed! This was the 2nd time we stayed at this house and it was every bit as nice as our first stay 2 years ago. They had even implemented a suggestion we made our first review. The house was extremely well-stocked. All we had to buy was food. The location a short walk to a wonderful park and hiking/biking trails. Wildlife is easy to spot on an evening walk in the neighborhood. Kristen responded to our one minor issue very quickly.

This property was excellent. The location was convenient to food and activities and the house was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. There were plenty of toys and games for all of us to enjoy during rains and in the evenings. And the view of the mountains was outstanding. In addition, a park and hiking trails were within easy walking distance. Finally, the property manager was very helpful with our particular needs. The bottom line is that everyone in our party old enough to express an opinion was delighted.

Graduation 2023

This house was perfect for our family of 15 traveling in for USAFA Graduation. Everything was clean, well organized and labeled. The view from the deck is incredible. We had more than enough equipment, games and toys for the kids in our party, including a playground within walking distance. The host was kind enough to leave us a note with decorations and tape for our graduate. Such a great house for large groups.

Decent property. I'd rate a B. Nice location, everything well explained and easy to use. Kristen extremely responsive. House can handle lots of people. Basement cold. When both bedroom space heaters turned on, the circuit breaker flipped. All in all a positive experience

Perfect place for a family reunion!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion with children spanning 2-13! The layout of the house was perfect and gave each family the privacy and space we needed. The house was stocked amazingly with kitchen tools, grill gear, kids toys, strollers, pack n plays, high chairs, games for all ages, along with a pool table and dart board in the basement. We loved sitting on the patio outside on the upper and lower decks and took daily walks to the park a few minutes away. It's a great location in Colorado Springs with the Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo nearby. Our host was attentive and super helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience! We would definitely love to stay again if we return to the Springs!

A very good experience

Lovely and well equipped property. Excellent communication. Just one small issue. The basement floor shower had a bad odor. The two family members on that level did not want to use it.

Spring Break!!

I cant say anything negative about this property!! I booked it for my family of 13 for a week. There is so much space!! The views are absolutely amazing...the kitchen is fully stocked...very spacious...kids loved the pool table...dart board and the many many board games! The property owners thought of everything! We were there for a week and it felt like home! The house was very clean and organized...the house is very close to alot of attractions! Short drive to top golf...indoor skydiving...indoor bounce park and even 2 really great resturants...In an Out Burger and Mods Pizza a must try! We travel every year for spring break and christmas holiday and this by far is THE BEST house we have stayed in! 5 star for sure!! The property owner was always avaliable and responded promptly! When i do make another trip there i will definitely book this house again!☆☆☆☆☆
